I'm feeling quite positive about weighing myself on Friday (first time since 1st of Jan!) - have swopped the scales to stones / pounds rather than kg to save my brain trying to do so much maths! OH and I have been quite good - everything pretty much home made, though over the course of the weekend I did eat a small bag of Japanese Rice Crackers / Seaweed snack things (had no nutritional information on the bag, as much as i'd LOVE to hope they're fat free and calorie free, I doubt it!).

    Today:
B: Special K Red Berries-like cereal from Tesco
L: tin of soup (haven't any HM in freezer), yoghurt
    S: 6 x baby tomatoes
D: HM pizza with HM red pepper/tomato sauce and mushrooms / small amount of cheese x

    Hi,
I've been out most of today. I think keeping busy helps me not pick and there is something about not being in the house too.
Anyway today I've only had fruit and fibre and a pear for breakfast so far.
I'm having bacon, onions, peppers and mushrooms in white sauce with italian herbs and pasta for tea. I missed lunch and its so close to tea now that I'm just going to wait.
I'm not sure whether I should weigh myself regularly or not. What do you guys do??

Glad to hear it - thought maybe the spider came back and got ya!! ;)

Speaking of which - I didn't grapes for months and months after I found 2 dead spiders and a webby nest thing inside one bunch. Dad thought I was mad that I was going to chuck em out - so told him to eat them - which he did, after washing them of course :p

Wasn't too good over the weekend - made twink's hobnobs - they were too nice - didn't know if they'd freeze well so we ate them all up :o

    Hi Frankie,
We all do it different, the green one only weighs once a month, some don't do it at all just concentrate on how their clothes feel- and others no names mentioned have partners that threaten to hide the scales to stop obsesive weighing and the resulting mood swings.
I think most common is once a week officially and maybe a couple of unofficial peeks in between;)
The beauty of this thread is we all just try different things until we find what works for us:T

Hope you are all having a good day.

    So far...

B: ripe pear (from cheapo bag at M's... about 9 for 24p!)bowl of porridge.

S: mandarin, fat and juicy, but rather tart and the juice hit the back of my throat... unable to do anything for a few mins as I kept coughing!

L: Nice piece of cashew loaf from the freezer, with warmed up roast veg from Sat night

    S: Pear and 25g of 85% Chocolate.

D: HM chicken soup, probably won't have the bread, might have a bit of salad or fruit after,

I was a naughty girl last night.... Mum and Dad brought 2 lots of home made 'Black Cake' (think similar to cold Christmas Pud!) from Tobago and I had to test them both, made by 2 different friends out there.
