:hello: Morning folks
Yesterday  .......we'll draw a line under that!
Today - boiled eggs and soldiers for brekkie, I've brought pasta salad for lunch and loads of fruit, tea will be stuffed mushrooms with SW wedges.
Back to my walking today, I'm going to get a new 'proper' pedometer on Wednesday when I get paid. I'll be interested to know how many steps I do IN work after the amount of times I've run up and down already today
Welcome newbies
Well done losers
See you later folks :A0 -
morning all,
got weigh in tomorrow, crossing my fingers already!
b: cheerios
l: soup
d: prob chicken in a sauce of some sort w. rice or pasta
(I'm trying to use up all of the jars, etc, in the cupboard so I can start on making my own bits.)
MRSM thanks for the advice. I've signed up to the Aldi and Lidl newsletters by email, i don't have a Netto near me, although there is a farmfoods, don't really know if they are any good for anything? I generally buy my shopping online with either Asda or Tesco. TBH we are a family with very little spare time due to work, toddler, wedding planning, and both me and OH doing studying in our spare time so we are quite lazy with shopping! (i'd rather use my spare time cooking proper food than hunting round buying it!!) We are also quite near a market. Any hints from anyone on what is cheapest to buy where would be good as I wouldn't know where to start! What about toiletries etc?
HELP please:o
Well done to all the losers :T

Morning all,
Well done to the losers and welcome to the Newbies.
Was quite good yesterday until a friend of DD4's arrived with a huge lemon meringue pie...her first baking venture, so I am afraid that I had a rather large slice and finished OH's slice (abut half)...then I finished the day ( at around 1 am IYKWIM!) with a turkey sandwich..with butter on the bread!
This morning I have had two weetabix with a banana and a little honey and milk...we are now (the girls!) off to Avoca to have coffee (and cake!) I will just have the coffee all my daughters and DIL can afford to eat the cake.
See you to-morrow

Afternoon everyone,
havent posted for a couple of days, things up and down at home, and now im loaded with the cold. My nose is so red and blocked, I cant breathe properly, therefore, I cant taste anything properly:j :j :j . Only good thing about a cold.
Anyway, breakfast was cornflakes with semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea.
Mid Morning, a large cup of coffee with an apple, Lunch, 4 crackerbreads with one laughing cow cheese triangle, and another large cup of coffee, and im going to have 2 tangerines.
I will eat dinner tonight even though I cant taste it because I know I will end up pigging out if I dont, so, Im going to have a tuna steak with cracked black pepper & lime (I think), with a salad.
Going to try to have no chocolate today, if Im really struggling I might have a chocolate latte drink, or one of those low cal hot chocolate drinks.
Hope everyone is doing okay. Will catch up with all the posts later when i get home.

Hi Nix,
was just about to log off when I saw your post. Im the same as you, loads of pressure in my life just now, and I end up binge eating. Its horrible isnt it.
It just doesnt make you feel any better, it just makes you feel worse, and then you start the vicious cycle again, eating to try to feel better, you feel worse, hate yourself, then you eat again to try to feel better and it goes on and on and on.
Chin up girl, we can do this, there is loads of support on here, we just have to tell ourselves we can do this. I know its easier said that done, we will all do this together.

Thanks jackie_w x Just been weighed and have updated sig accordingly - all in all considering the amount I am eating I think I've gotten off lightly. Anyway I am trying to tell myself I have still lost 5lbs and not think about the lbs I've put back on. No more moaning for meComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

I'm not the best placed person to give advice Nix as I'd eaten my tea before my lunch had hit my stomach yesterday, but at least it means I know all about using food to get by.
It'll come right again and you'll pull through it. Hope the pressure lifts for you soon.
Just had my cream cheese and biccies. Yum but no cream cheese left now.DS2 just been dropped off at SIL's as the school turned the kids away and has been closed and police are all over. Shall try not to let my imagination run wild and go settle down and make some anniversary cards this afternoon.

Had a superb four days. Daughter passed out as an Officer in the Royal Navy and other daughter and aunt and uncle were able to come with us to see the grand celebrations.
Involved several meals out , but I didn't feel the need to demolish the bread basket before the meal.
Other daughter returned to her job in France, flying to Brussels for £2.50 so husband went with her for the day. His return fare was £15.99, so all in all a splendid day out.
Food wise today all home made
Porridge, orange juice
Parsnip and cabbage soup with hot bread and cheese
Banana and apple
Weight wise... slow but sure loss.
Skirt nearly came down whilst going up stairs:j0
