So mhe, is this fruit bread a product of your MIL's BM? I know they're not everyones cup of tea but I'd be lost without mine. Love it.one at the
NOw heres my problem - before BM i used to nip to asda at 8pm and buy tons of whoops bread - my freezer is full of the stuff and now DH is getting into this BM stuff so i seem to have a bread mountain in my house. What am i going to do with it all - how long does it last when frozen? DH and DS want MRSMs tortillas again this Saturday and I let DS 1 make his own pizza tonight whilst DS2 was at a party. Now he wants to make his own pizza."With no money you start to discover your own inner resource" GK Chesterton2 adults, 3 children0 -

Hi caterina.. sorry about your news...mind at least now you know what you are dealing with!!!!
I have a problem with the fluid in my spine and around my brain, and am hoping that once i get down to within my healthy weight range i may be able to try and control it...
Well done on the loss lil_me :T , i used to use the sweetener by silver spoon one called "nothing comes closer to sugar" and no-one ever noticed the difference, mind i use that little i have gone back to sugar in a bid to reduce the "replacements" to a minimum...

Morning all.
Well done to all the losers, including Chardonnay and any others I've missed over the week.
Got on scales this morning and I've lost 1 lb so that's a relief. I thought I might have actually put on this week because I've been having quite a few carbs  although I'd didn't think I'd overeaten, which I obviously hadn't.
I'm now in my 'danger zone' where I usually lose the plot so I'm going to steel myself until I get to the 19 1/2 stone, where hopefully I will feel safer.
So that now leaves me 1 1/2 lb to lose by next week to reach my target for the end of Froggas Feb challenge. Completely do-able if I stay determined.
Can hardly see screen as the cold has gone to my eyes and they're watering, so I'll get down to the basics.
Food today:
Weetabix
Roast chicken, roast veg and steamed cabbage & carrots, gravy
Not sure how hungry I'll be after the roast so maybe crackers & roule cheese.
Snacks - Fruit and dried apricots. There may be a slice of choc cake.
DH is making his fabulous Bero Milk Chocolate cake today... May need that once I've taken mum for her opticians appointment.. remembering last years.

Morning MrsM and Tappy :hello: et al
Bit of a ucky overcast morning at the mo, certanly not going to be as nice as last weekend
Wanted, ney needed "something" last night but through boredom rather than hunger. Had 1/2 packet of mixed fruit and nuts which gave me a bit of a belly ache. They weren't very nice really so wish I hadn't bothered. However I was very close to getting toast and jam , and that would have then go on and on and I would no doubt have been eating all night so I'm really please I stopped :T
Think I'll be OK today as I could have binged last night and never got the enthusiasm back for this weekend. Cna't give up now it's only 1 week til WD
Hope you all have a good weekend. Might do a big clean up , although TBH it doesn't need it. I just think I'll need to keep myself busy this weekend IYKWIM
See ya xxxxxxxxxx
P.S MrsM ~ hope you got my PM back, if went all funny with lots of odd bits in itLet me know and I'll type it again

Cheerfulness- well done on your lose stay strong for the feb challange;)
I'm off to the supermarket now for the weekly shop. My eldest is back from University this weekend so it's out for a chinese. Anyone any ideas on safe choices?

D Chinese!
Yesterdays steps 10361:A
Have a grand weekend xx0 -
Hi saversarn
Chinese mmmmmmmm
chicken n sweetcorn soups a good start
A lot of chinese food is really good on the fat/cals...
as long as you avoid the deep fried sweet n sour, prawn toasts etc you should be fine...
And obviously picking a prawn or chicken option will make it even "safer"
at least there isn't much temptation on the pudding frontdeep fried pineapple/banana eughhhhhh
Most of all go out and enjoy every mouthfull....not forgetting that chopsticks take longer to use -so you will have time to register you are full before you get to the "stufed" stage :T , have a great evening

t - i think is a take away.Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
Other spends (Clothes Luxuries etc)£11.97 + £1.19 + £7.36 + £69.00 + £38.50 + £5.50 + £23.00 +£2.00 = £158.52:shocked::sad:0 -
Well, no loss whatever to report - and I'm avoiding scales for a few days now as all my motivation seems to have evaporated. It's only the fact that there really is nothing to snack on (DH has my car and I can't face the 2 miles to the shops!) has stopped me stuffing my face nonstop today. Don't know why, not even really hungry, but just want to eat. Hope you are all doing ok.Resolution:
Think twice before spending anything!0
