Evening - not really a good day today but as it is my weigh in day I am not too worried. Start fresh tomorrow with a swim and sensible food. Have a glass of wine to hand
and a loaf of bread in the machine (that will be lethal when finished - yum).
DH out at work (he is a doorman Fri and Sat nights) so I get the remote and a chance to catch up. Brothers and Sisters at the mo and some Army Wives and Desperate Housewives as well.:T
Quiet weekend on the cards - have a good one all.Joined WW again!! in November 2010 - four stone loss so far :T

morning all,
Thanks for the kindness regarding DS. Bit of a so so day as it went on with him. I think I must be sort of like Frogga - I want him all better in a week and I know that just can't happen.
I also had a little tear over your post about feeling bereaved at the binging (I must be that way out this week with emotions  ) . I can remember nearly 30 years of binging and it does scare me to think I might go back to it. I know that it would be so easy when stress hits. or boredom, or even excitement.Crikey, it could be anything in my case.
Anyways, determined to be Miss Positivity so my news is that 5 3/4 lbs have gone today.I always seem to lose big the week before TOTM. I was looking back.
So that means that I've lost 4 st 1/2 lb in total now for the tally.
Not sure about food again today- will have to get that sorted again soon but its been what mum and dad have given me this week. I've not eaten that healthily.
MRSMC - Over the moon about the rings - things like that are just so exciting.
Mine was realising that I could get an ordinary watch on , not just the one that was extended. Oh and trying on a pair of standard cheap sandals without the buckles or velcro fastens and realising my feet now fit into them. I've been in s/h Brevits for so long.
DH fetch my coffee so away to have a quiet drink with him before lads wake up.
Well done everyone this week! I know I've missed names but I know who you all are and its really spurred me on .
Mrs Mc - bit off topic but would you put me down for undeclared on the GC thread when you do the list this month. Not got time to post there and would be cheating to carry on as parents bringing most of our food. Thanks.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250

Frogga - I very carefully skirted round the word 'impatient.' Perish the thought that either of us are... we're just optimists right (that get disappointed a bit.)

Hello everyone and well done to cheerfulness on a great loss this week! That is made even more incredible by the fact that you have been facing such adversity - hope things continue to improve on that front.
I haven't had anything to eat or drink yet - am just going to have a cup of tea and will probably make some porridge. Lunch will be cottage cheese and salad and tea is likely to be steak and salad, but I'm not too sure yet.
Superspam - hope the meal goes well.
Thanks again to everyone for all your encouragement yesterday - it really helped!Jane
