Frogga, what do you want to do...lose 11 lbs every week...go back over the posts and see how MRS MC has done it. Be positive, you know it works and you know that you can do it! Congratulations to other losers...the frog wrecks my head and I forget to mention you...Mrs MC, Superspam and Pebbles most notably and any other losers to come.

Weigh in for me this morning and I have stayed the same...bl**dy fed up RS so I know how you feel...my problems are that I have too large portions and that I don't move enough...road is quite busy with no footpath to walk...well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! Its one thing to know the problems and another to work on them, really need to work on walking..Also think that I have some kind of problem with wheat...crave bread sometimes, so should do something about that.

Will weigh on Thursday next week as off that afternoon ...the next Friday weigh in will be 11th July as I don't think weighing in on holiday will happen.

    Today I have eaten:
Cornflakes with banana, teaspoon sugar and milk, 2 slices bread with chocolate spread, coffee.
    Lunch will be mixed bean salad and cheese...will try for no bread;
Dinner will be fish and something, have no potatoes so it will be rice, noodles or couscous.

    Have a good day all,

    Marie

Well done to everyone who has lost!:T

Early days for me and yesterday I thought I had lost 2lb but today have put 1lb on  so will now leave stepping on the scales till next week.

Breakfast - hm wm toast and benecal, blk tea
    snack - didn't want one
Lunch - leftover rice made into a tuna rice salad, frozen (well defrosting) blueberries and a scotch pancake
snack - soya yogurt and blueberries
Dinner - Salmon steak, steamed broccoli, carrots, peas and balsalmic vinegar. Fruit

We have family down for a barbecue and look what has happened to the weather! I am making lots of salads so I won't be too tempted.

    Afternoon Peeps,

I consider myself well and truely shouted at , thanks all ;)

It is SO hard for people like me and RS not to binge. We are the alcoholics and you are the social drinkers. YOu have the odd tipple now and again, and we get ratfaced

I WONT binge today. I WONT honestly, but I really really want to. It is my comfort. I like doing it. It makes me happy. But only for the duration of the binge, and then it makes me sad.

    I haven't binged for a fortnight, and I'm not lying if I say I feel bereaved :o

Yesterday I had an upsetting day for a few reasons. First there was "sandwichgate", then problems at work, then Mr Frog didn't come home as he was stuck in Dorset. I was fed up and I wanted to be "fed" up ;)

From experience I know it will take a good few months for these feelings to pass and then being normal becomes the norm. I don't do change well and this is a HUGE change for me. EVERYTHING feels different and quite scarey.

I WONT BINGE, I WONT live up to the expectatoion of the "binger" in the group. I will overcome this and so will RS and we'll be on that bl**dy GMTV sofa with the rest of you ;)

Have a good afternoon my greatests friends :T

Hmmmmm I WANT something else to eat! So far for lunch I have had a modest sized sandwich, no butter, but small amt of lowfat mayo. Grated cheeese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Lots of salt to try and get my BP up a bit.

Been hanging upside down outside of the upstairs windows, trying to get the paint, silicone sealant, plaster, etc etc offf the outside of the windows. I dropped my duster and had to go and find something to retrieve it. Actually it was a microfibre cloth, if it had been a duster I wouldhave left it. had to do this standing on the inside windowledge, maybe should have left it until another day.

Anyway, then I had a WW yoghurt and now have a cuppa. I really want something esle with this cuppa!

Froggy, you are doing such a great job and I really admire you for it.
I've overeaten lots of times but I've never 'binged' it's just not in my make up and I'm not even an amateur at it, if I fancy chocolate I'll make a special trip but it would just be chocolate and not huge quantities and that would sort me out.
I do totally respect that your battle is a different one to mine and has more levels than that tallest building in Dubai (was gonna say more layers than Lady Di's wedding dress but remembered your sig;) )

I don't get let of lightly though, have my own issues- like wishing my old man was stuck in dorset:rotfl:
