    Morning everyone,
i`m about to make my toast for breakfast cos i`m starving, i`ve been up since quarter past four as i`m on the early shift at w**k so i`ve got to be careful as once i start eating i can`t seem to stop on this shift :o

Dinner will be a tortilla, dunno whats in it yet cos there were two different ones wrapped in the fridge and i don`t know which one i picked up so it`ll be tortilla surprise :D

I can`t remember for the life of me whats for tea so i`ll have a look on the mealplanner when i get home - hope it`s nothing i should have got out of the freezer
I`ve also got some pasta and pesto in a little tub but i`m not sure whether it`s safe to eat it or not cos it`s been out of the fridge all night, anyone got any idea?

Best get me toast on, catch up with you all later.

Well done Frogga :j another 4lb is definitely not to be sniffed at.

Friday WI's are the future :D Scales said 10 stone 5.5lb this morning - woo hoo:T I am very pleased!

So thats 2.5lb off and 4.5lb lost altogether from my Marvelous May target of 7lb (still not sure I'll get there but I'm pleased anyway!)

Congrats to rockie, frogga and Mrs M on your marvelous losses too:T:T:T and good luck to anyone else weighing in today.

This next weeks going to be difficult as I have a big meal to cook tomorrow for my Dad and his wife (I worked out the calories and its 1700 just for that one meal:eek:), then I've got a staff meal out at an all you can eat chinese buffet on Thursday! Plus I have no idea what I'm going to eat Sunday as (this is a really big secret, only my BF and mum know;)) I am going to audition for the X factor in Birmingham:o and will probably be there all day.

Have a nice day everyone - its raining here, oh well

    Well done superspam :T :T

Do you have a cool bag? that way you could pack up plenty of stuff to keep you going throughout the day :D
as for your meal..if you just reduce the rest of the week slightly..100cals say then you have recovered 700...mind 1 week won't do you much harm..and im sure you will burn extra cals with all that nervous energy during your audition...good luck by the way :D

morning cheerfulness....awwww shucks thankyou :o ... hope things are settling down at home for you..especially now that you are the inhouse entertainment on your rowing bike thingy :p

You deserve it MrsMc. You're doing great.;)

Had our best day in over a week yesterday.. no tears from him or me.
My bums never going to be the same tho after that bloomin' bike. Worked tho cos I challenged him to beat my time and he did - by a minute! Teenagers, huh! :p Still the exercise really is helping his mood swings - who'd have thought.

Thanks for the advice Mrs M - reducing my calories over the week is a good idea, I'll give that a go and I'm sure I've got a cool bag somewhere for Sunday.:D

I'm so proud of you all!!! Go Mrs M! Frogga! Rockie! Rose! Superspam! Everyone else who has a loss!

I just weighed myself and I weigh exactly the same as last week - oh well! Kind of expected, as I had no real control for the past fortnight, with being at OH's parents so often (and visiting Pizza Hut with my mum!) - but onwards and upwards. OH and I have eaten a ridiculous amount of veg this week, trip to Berwick St Market at lunch (asparagus £1 for a start! Woo!)

B: Blueberry Wheats cereal w/ semi skimmed
S: carrots, celery and some low fat cream cheese
    L: Coronaton Chicken wholemeal sandwhich
    S: another carrot
D: Tuna pasta (wholewheat pasta, hopefully - if OH starts dinner before I get home it'll be white, but I intend to beat him!)

We've got friends coming over for Pizza tomorrow night - am going to buy some bases rather than making from scratch, as we're out during the day. Mine will be extra veg and minimal cheese!

Have a lovely day / weekend you all xx
