Gosh, I managed to get out of tesco without buying a choccy bar to eat while waiting for the bus! :j
Got loads of reduced veg as well. 3 packs of chestnut mushrooms for 25p each (mushroom stroganoff coming up). Bag of carrots for 16p to do my coleslaw with. And managed to offload £10 of coupons. So a good mse outing for healthy food, very pleased.
Hopefully my breastmilk is using up a lot of calories. Iris was weighed this morning and is 9lb already, health visitor was gobsmacked!
Feeling very positive now, almost can't wait for my first weigh in.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -

So in total I've lost 8 and a half pounds:D
I couldn't stay to the meeting (OH going out and needed the car) so I'll get my half stone award next week:T :T :T
Changed my mind about the stuffed mushrooms, we'll have them tomorrow so I had a baked sweet potato(Ta to Nix for the idea) and I did leek, celery, courgette and peas in frylight, added fresh mint, oregano and basil (all from my herb garden) then topped it with some feta - YUMMY!!!
I'm now comfortably full so probably won't have anything else tonight.
Called at Sainsbugs on the way home and got loads of reduced veg/fruit so I'll make a fruit salad in a bit. The only thing I've done different this week is eat loads of fruit so I think I'll keep it up
See you tomorrow folks :A0 -

Morning Peeps,
Well weigh in this morning said I was 18st 3lb so that's 4lb down on last week. A bit cheesed off as I wanted it to be more.
I guess it's a bit odd for me weighing weekly as the needle doesn't move so much  Still, it's 1 st 1 lb in a fortnight so it's better to look at it like that I supose
Hope the rest of you have a good WD, fingers crossed.
Well done on your loss Rockie :T Now why is it that I can think you've done BRILLIANTLY and I suck?Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D
