    Happy birthday Rose!

I was doing ok yesterday until a trip to the garage for lottery tickets somehow ended up with me buying a toffee crisp. :o But even so i ate less than I have in some time, so won't worry too much.

Going to tesco in an hour, hopefully lots of fruit/veg will be reduced this time of day. Got me coupons at the ready too. Just a complete blank on what to buy! My mind won't function, can't think of any dishes apart from coleslaw. Maybe when I am on trhe bus away from screaming baby it will be easier to think straight. :D

    hello folks me again,
remembered someone mentioning about keeping tally of our weight loss like they do another thread (sorry i've totally forgotten who said it!!) so had a look at the Lose Weight 20 thread on the I Wanna board. I'm quite happy to keep a tally of everyone and how much they've lost if people wanted me to? they also have things like 'slimmer of the week'. What's everyone's opinion?

    Hi

That was me! And I think it's agreat idea!

I haven't been logging on very much (and not doing well at the wieght loss) as my personal life has taken over a bit.

But I am weighing in tomorrow and 'starting again'. Normally I would be feeling pessimistic about it, but I'm not - I am looking forward to it. I did all my planning before and know what I'm going to do. It's just that other things have taken over a bit in the last few weeks and I haven't had the time or inclination to tackle it. :o

It feels nice to be back!

Toniwoty - do you want to know starting weights or just weight loss each week (I am going to weighed in weekly on a Friday).

    Many thanks

    Donna

Well, didn't have salad for lunch. I was operating on the "not wasting any food thread" rules. I didn't go too mad though. There was some pasta in a plaggy bag, so warmed that and put 1 tsp tomato pesto on it. Was still hungry so hoovered up the spicy rice from the night before last. I don't feel too bad, but thought I would feel hungry before now. Thought I might do mushroom risotto but can't be bothered and any way the dried mushrooms are still dry in the drawer! Promised ds we would have some pizza this week, so will do that for Mr Ivy and Ivy Offspring. I shall have egg, mushroom and tomatoes I think. I'm not bothered about pizza tbh, it's not worth the calories, also prefer not to have that much wheat/bread.

    Evening ladies n gents

Just had my dinner mmmmmm in the end i did a salad with krautsalat and an avocado... didn't bother opening the feta....figured i had enough good fat with the avocado :A :rotfl: oh and then i had an orange..now im just comfortably full :T

Well hubby isn't back yet..so it looks like he will have to fetch my bucket jobbies tomorrow evening  .... when i went out to see to the veggies earlier i decided to feed the tomatoes... and had a count up...:o I have 37 tomato plants  , guess someone got carried away when planting seeds  on the plus side there are all sorts of varieties out there from tiddly little ones to some that can grow up to 2lb in weight, yellow ones - and they are in various stages so at least i can hope for not ALL of them becoming ready together.... can see lots of roasted tomatoes being frozen for the winter :p

Happy birthday Rose :j hope you have had a lovely day

Have been sat looking through my back copies of good food etc for June/July and keep seeing some lovely recipes that i might have a go at :T

nothing much to report im affraid..so i will tootle off and be back either later or in the morning..once i have weighed in ....pinkies crossed ...and for everyone else weighing in tomorrow :D

    Hi everyone,
just nipped back on to say Happy Birthday to Rose
:bdaycake: Hope that you have a lovely day and well done on the 2lb loss:j

I`ve been in the garden all day and i`m [STRIKE]knackered[/STRIKE] aching.
My shoulders are really sore and my back and legs are killing me. I feel like i`m about 90 years old.:o

I`m off for a lovely hot bath now and then i`m making the pasta for tea.
I was so busy i forgot about dinner again so i might have my yogurt later and then a piece of cake as a treat.

Toniywoty - ta for keeping track of the weight loss.
