Hm, I've mislaid my pedometer!
Not sure how today will go foodwise. Doing a quiz with friends at kids previous school, supper provided, but not usually the healthiest, normally cheese, pate etc. Have to hope that the etc isn't too bad!
Breakfast, no decision yet
Lunch, no decision yet
Dinner not sure.
Not looking too good is it really! Depressing thought. Have client arriving at 10 for manicure, think I might try and do eggs or something for breakfast before she arrives. Kitchen to clear first as well, washing up mountain. Suppose it won't look quite as bad when DW is loaded.

Morning all
Well yesterday did not go quite as well as I'd hoped (snacking  again!)
so I got on the scales for the first time in about 3 weeks today squinting at the dial through almost closed eyelids, whilst crossing fingers, to find........
I've lost 1 and a half pounds!:j :j :j
Now I'm sure that would have been a lot more if I hadn't been a piggie for the last few days but it is still a good start. It will give me the motivation to get back on track - I don't want to put it back on again!!
Exercise wise, I'm off for some tennis this morning and have lots of soup and salad in for lunch. Just have to resist the wine later with my tandoori chicken (have left out all the oil in the recipie as per advice yesterday - thanks guys!)
EDIT :T :T :T MRS M!0 -

Morning everyone.
Well done the_ cat and MrsMc, :T
Glad its all coming together for you Jackie, hang in there.
So mhe, is this fruit bread a product of your MIL's BM? I know they're not everyones cup of tea but I'd be lost without mine. Love it.If you nip to a library and get one of the breadmachine books you'll be shocked at the different types of things you can make in them. I'm working my way through one at the moment.
Feeling tad grotty with this cold still, earache now added, so I'm going to chill out and rest today. House looks fine and just pots to wash.
Food today:
weetabix
Huge Crabstick salad torpedo with mayo
HM chicken and veg soup
Snacks - mandarins, cheese and biccies tonight
Don't usually go for shop bought bread myself but couldn't resist the warburton's torpedo rolls as they were reduced to 9p a pk.

January was a non starter feb has been a chore so far but I've been good and it's finally decided to show on the scales. I'm sure the walking helps as I feel good after and even less inclined to snack also it helps with circulation gets my blood flowing and stops the waterlogged legs I get, it also helps with waste elimination:o ...
Anyway today

I'm back in work today, well, I've hobbled here and am sat in the office but not doing a lot of work!!
So much for me saying my Argos pedometer was ok, the flippin' thing has reset itself 3 times this morning
OH drove me to the station this morning so I missed that walk and tonight I will go to Tesco's after work and get a taxi home
Brekkie was beans on toast, lunch I will have to buy  from the refectory and tea is falafel, hummus and possibly roasted veggies.
Right, off to a presentation now - I'll avoid the biccies!!
See you later folks :A0 -

Morning all,
Weigh in this morning and I am still on the same...mind you with excitement of the new grand-daughter and arrival of grand-daughter 2 and her Mammy from Holland I have been eating anything that came my way at any time of the day and night so I feel lucky that I have not put on several pounds!
Congratulations to all losers and good luck to those who, like myself are having a big struggle
