Quick check in before I collapse in my lovely clean bedroom - see how proud I am of just a little bit of housework, makes you wonder about the state of the rest of the house, doesn't it? Actually no, don't wonder about it, I can tell you, its a midden...... but it won't be for long, pwomise!

Anyhoo not been a bad day today, made nice pasta for me and the Nipper, not snacked, drunk green tea all day, resisted going for an 'aren't I a good girl for cleaning?' bottle of wine :rotfl:, I feel positively angelic.

Sleep well and good luck for weigh ins and all that xx

Just got in from chorus, director had made us all choc crispies, would have been rude to refuse! NOT low GL. Was hungry so just had some porridge with water, skimmed on it and a bit of agave nectar. Feel better all ready.

MHE, fruit bread sounds really yum. Is it Low GL?

    Evening/morning all.

Had to go to an info evening in london tonight so met with a friend before hand and had a wander round the tate then she shouted me dinner after the meeting (on the theory that next time shes broke and I'm not I can return the favour, so that'll be when we're about 90 at the rate I'm going :rotfl: ) Anyway I had a morrocan lamb burger, a few chips and a couple of onion rings (we shared them as sides). Not super healthy but I had done a fair ammount of walking before hand (haven't found my pedometer yet so can't tell you the exact ammount) and it was very tasty even if it did make my tummy hurt after, probably had something high in salicylates in it somewhere  So food today has been...

B - Porridge with maple syrup and sultanas
L- Noodles with HM peanutty sauce (coconut milk and a spoonful of peanut butter)
    D - Lamb burger
Snack - Most of a chocolate plait from sainsburys :o Well I didn't want a rumbly tumbly in my meeting!

MrsM - If you're a figment of our imaginations then we have very helpful imaginations!
I was planning on giving those custards a try soon, even tho I'm not meant to have cardomon (ruddy food intolerence!) Just means I won't be able to scoff too much :A Ooh and welcome to the obese club :rotfl: Think my BMI is 37 as well.

Nix - Well done on the housework :D I love having a clean bedroom althogh it makes me even more unwilling to leave my bed in the mornings :rotfl:

And speaking of bed, thats where I should be. G'night
