Hullo everyone! Hows you all today? Well no brekkie today because was flinging like a woman possessed in my bedroom, just having lil bowl pasta for lunch and then salad for dinner. Almost back on track, teeny tiny blip last night *hangs head in shame* found 2 selection boxes from Christmas (don't ask, I am de-cluttering) anyhoo me and the Nipper ripped one open and I had a Cadburys Caramel and half a Crunchie! And then I felt a bit sick, which serves me right, lil oinker that I am

Have a good one, thinking of you all, inspirational lil monkeys that you are :D

  • Hi All,

An early morning for us today as we had to be up for the builder and plumber to come. Consequently the day is seeming longer than usual.

No exercise yet as there are too many cupboards to empty and decisions to make for us to leave the builders on their own.

Breakfast: Cereal with skimmed milk. Pineapple juice.
Lunch: Bowl of tomato soup with 2 small slices bread. Piece of chicken left over from yesterday's sandwiches. Banana
Tea: Cauliflower cheese with toast triangles. Orange

    Hiya.

Not a good day yesterday (tea time) and not a good day today, I did last night and want to so much now go back to my old ways.......And after I dared to lecture Jackie_w.

I have had 2 wetabix for breakfast, a chikcne wing and 2 wetabix for lunch and I already think i have ate far, far to much. I am also starting to calorie count every thing again ggggrrrrrr, whats got in to me.....I must not go back to my old tricks.

Right said enough and too much. Sorry to moan at you lot as if you haven't enough on your own plate as it is.

    B- 2 weta bix.

l - 2 weabix and a chicken, not on the same plate though lol.

t - chinese chicken drumstick or two and plain boiled rice.

snacks - tea coffe and a yogurt, no fruit bar a pear or a pear till kingpig comes in from Asda after work.

    Hello ladies :hello:
Feeling much better today, still off work but I'll go back tomorrow.

Saversarn - I might not be at full fighting fitness but will wear my new pedometer tomorrow:D
I wasn't toooo bad last night, I had a bowl of LF greek yoghurt with some blackberry and plum compote that I'd made at the weekend then had a couple of muesli crispbreads but then I had a small piece of B+B with my bedtime milky drink....

Today I had poached egg, mushrooms and dry toast for brekkie and HM carrot and coriander soup with 2 slices of HM bread (one had butter) for lunch.
Tea will be cauldron sausage, bubble and squeak  and beans or peas.

I will have to watch myself tonight as OH is on a late shift and that's when I tend to pick but I have snakajacks in and as I haven't had any fruit yet today I can have that.

No exercise as such, I had a little wander round the block but it's wet, cold and miserable here so wasn't out long. I need to go out again to post a birthday card but that's hardly a walk.........

I have just seen my next door neighbour who has always been a little on the large side, she has obviously lost weight and tells me she has 1.5lbs to get her 50lb certificate :T :T She looks amazing!! So come on girls :A if she can do it so can we!!

    Afternoon all :D

right lets try again..my big post this morning disappeared into the great yonder  will eventually get to grips with doing as Newlywed told me :p

I didn't go out for a wander this morning as there was nothing i needed..so instead i have blitzed the downstairs..
vacummed, dusted, cleaned the windows inside and out, gone over all the kitchen surfaces -and all the cupboard doors, cleaned the cooker and mopped the floor...oh and the hall floor and cleaned the front door, step etc -so that should have burnt a few calories :j

weigh day tomorrow..fingers crossed for everyone else doing the same :D
    • had weetabix for brekkie
    • lunch was a yoghurt and an apple..didn't fancy much more.but will have an orange in a moment;)
    • dinner is king prawn salad ..doing hubby potatoes with his..but im going to have my avocado instead nom nom nom :D
    • and as always... snacks will be fruit or yoghurts
Have finalised my meal plan for March..and it looks like im going to be able to stick to a budget of €50 :T so the rest of the house keeping can go into my savings account:D ..... it will mainly be fruit, veg and yogs that i need -most of the other stuff i need i have picked up with this months budget ...
It also helps with the eating , to have some idea of what meals i have to look forward to;)

Alibow..thanks for that about bielefeld :rotfl: -i am obviously a figment of all your imaginations, as i live in a place that doesn't exist :D
If you like egg custards you will have to give those cardomom custards a go..and put nutmeg on the top. I think it will be tomorrow that i do them with nana on the bottom mmmm

Taplady..how many of the best chocs have you stashed :D no blaming me for damaged teeth mind;)
I cook like you..wang it in, prod and poke and switch off when done :T someone on another thread asked for the recipe for the spicy goulash soup i concocted for hubby, so the next time i made it, i weighed as i went along  jeessss how many utensils did i use..and the mess:eek: and it didn't taste the same...so i had to chuck extras in to make it right as well ..never again:p

:T on the pasta bake chloebelle ...we had that last night -but with salami in... they are great for using up bits n bobs arwn't they ;) ..you will soon become addicted to cooking:D

Hello to frogga, newlwed, marie and anyone else i have missed -hope everyone is well :D

right best get off and grab an orange and a drink..talk to you all later
keep up the good work everyone :D

oohhh nearly forgot....... my BMI has now dropped from 49 :o  ..to 37 :D so im now obese and not VERY obese :T

Sorry but I could see the other meaning of that...and in the context of this thread..:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Seriously tho, Queenpig, like you and we were saying to Jackie, there's gonna be blips and bumps on the road and we've just not got to let them get us down. You're here, you're trying, you'll beat it. :D;)
Too many years of having stuff ingrained in our heads, calories included, that have made it hard to just chill over this weightloss business. Just keep reading and posting when its doing your head in... like all of us ;) and you'll be just fine. :D
