Frogga was your class a practical or just theory?
Rockie- just because you have chosen this username does not mean you have to walk round like you've done ten rounds with Apollo Creedlook after yourself and mend quickly I need a pedometer nerd to compare steps with:cool2:
Nix Stop troughing sounds like you are treating the inside of your car and your body like a skip:shocked: been there done that got the size 18's to prove it. Come on lady these service stations do sell 'be good to yourself stuff' although it is hard to chose that over warm comfort food when your tired and away from home. Remember you are a Goddess and deserve the best, although the novelty of the junk diet will go....won't it
Meaniemarie congrats- mhe maybe we could trade I have 3 daughters?- Rosewood hope you had better weather today for your visitors- toniwoty 18months for three and a half stone we can do this  Belindabear- body attack just sounds wrong

Pedometer nerd :rotfl: I am that! Just tried a little walk round the block.....not the best idea but I'm going stir-crazy and I put my new pedometer (purchased 10 minutes before the fall) on before I went out:eek: how sad is that
I love the Rocky films but the user name is because of my passion for 'proper rocks' .....geology....even sadder than pedometers:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Carrot and coriander soup for lunch with a HM roll, I did have a slice of B&B while the soup was defrosting and then a yoghurt. I was tempted to have some chocolate while I was out, people were walking past me eating it   but I resisted
I'm going to make that sausage casserole for tea and have it with mash and cabbage.
See you later folks! :A0 -
Hmph, went on the super scales in boots the morning and they say I've put on 2lbs in the last month  Blaming it on a combination of too many biscuits and my body trying to hibernate after spending all day out in the cold yesterday (5.30am till 8pm...the joys of location shooting!) Maybe I burnt some calories shivering :rotfl: Anyway, despite that I've been pretty good so far today. Brekkie was porridge with maple syrup and sultanas. Had a bad of shapers thai chilli crispy things in town then chicken and bacon raviolli with HM spicy tomato sauce for lunch and I've just had a HM mince pie
Not sure whats for tea. Possibly HM chicken curry to use up the leftover chicken.
Think I'll have to dig out my pedometer (and figure out how it works) so I can join you all on the step counting. Today I have walked the 15 minutes (up hill) to the bus stop, pottered around town and to the job centre then walked the 10 minutes back from the bus stop (I go faster down hill), would be interesting to know how many steps that was. Tomorrow I'm meeting a friend in London in the afternoon then going to an information evening about working in Greece for the summer after that. Right now I'm going to curl up with my book and possibly fall asleep for half an hour!I'm through accepting limits'Cuz someone says they're soSome things I cannot changeBut till I try, I'll never know!0 -

I've got one somewhere but the battery ran out and it was rubbish anyway as it used to count "steps" when you moved in the armchair :rotfl:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Wow its so cold here that I'm gonna type this and then get off for a hot bath and watch tv in bed tonight. Brrrrr. :snow_laug
Feel lovely and warm in my tummy now I've had my macaroni cheese and a nice chunk of HM french bread. Needed it to, was really ready for it tonight.
Newlywed - my pedometer used to do that. If I fidgeted on the pc chair it would clock up quite a few more. Having said that.... still only read 711 steps by the end of the day.Obviously faulty rubbish.
Ohhh my candles arrived (my loss reward a couple back from DS1) and I've been burning one of the jammie dodger wax tarts. Ummmmmm smells like a biscuit factory in my lounge.
Right, away for my bath, telly in bed and a good mooch through my cookery books from the library. The perfect evening for me.
Take care everyone and keep going.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250
