Welcome Moneysaver
don't focus on the 3 stone, set yourself a little target and focus on that first. Challenge yourself to lose maybe 7lb in a month. If you achieve that then you've achieved approx. 15% of your total target!! Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -

How many weeks has it been since I was ordered to have the dreaded porridge every morning? Well, today, I finally enjoyed it and managed to swallow every mouthful! Back at school now, so much easier not to eat extra snacks, as there's no extra available to eat! Recently found old notebooks - 10 years ago I was moaning about my weight, 20 years ago I was moaning about my weight... and thirty years ago I was still moaning, as I'd reached the giddy height of 10 stone!! Now, there's a target in my dreams!!!Resolution:

Hi folks,
Haven't got to the hospital yet but have seen a phone photo of Aoife and she looks lovely, but totally different from any of the other grandchildren....DD4 reckons that she is a bit like OH...so no pictures will be posted until after the plastic surgery!! May be home to-morrow so will get a good chance to view and photo to my hearts content.
Welcome newbies...this thread is very friendly and helpful and when you manage to ignore the lunatic fringe, can have a good influence on your life.

So I was up at 5am this morning to drive to Dundee and back, got home at 7pm, completely boogered
Add to which I had TWO lattes and a muffin and a chuffin McDonalds
AND I stopped at the outlet village in Gretna and spent a blurry fortune in about half an hour
All in all not my best day.
So come on girls, kick me and make me take a pic-a-nic with me and a flask of coffee and leave my Switch card at home, the new job is supposed to be making me more money, not throw it all away while I am on my travels.
Not happy with myself at all. House smells nice tho - dang those Yankee candles :rolleyes:Comps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Hmm resolve weakened and I managed to scoff the rest of the dates left from Christmas. I think I shan't buy any next year. I have eaten them all over the last few weeks! Were lovely, not too hard."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Managed an hour of body attack and have sore legs to prove it. Off to soak in bath now and dream about being so slim that I don't have to do body attack.
