Morning all. Welcome all newbies. Hugs to all that need it.

    Taplady - save me a toffee deluxe - or 3 ;)

Feeling a little brighter today. Hopefully that's the last of the stomach bug for many many months :o

Weighed myself again this morning and don't seem to have put the lost weight back on yet - even though I ate properly yesterday. Not updating my sig yet as it actually means I have reached my 2 stone target. But I still want to lose a little more than that anyway, if I can. Still expecting to put a bit back on as my appetite returns but hopefully I won't - don't have any money left for biscuits sweets etc till payday so that's one bonus ;)

It means the scales now say under 10st - only just but still the stone bit is now down to single figures :D

Morning ladies :hello: Thanks for the sympathy:smiley:
I'm at home today, my knee resembles a football and is quite painful. I've got a few cuts and other bruises but nothing that a day of rest won't cure. :rolleyes2
At least I didn't resort to food last night (probably because I felt a bit sick _pale_ ) I had a couple of muesli crispbreads with a scrape of butter but that was all.....mind you there was nothing in......there still isn't!

Brekkie was 2 weetabix with soya milk and a banana, lunch will be whatever I can find in the cupboards - I should have been at a buffet at lunchtime so maybe a blessing in disguise

No exercise today, I might try to get to the corner shop later as I have a recipe for a sausage and cider casserole but need some cider so hopefully can get 1 can or a small bottle at the shop and we can have that for tea.

    Welcome all the newbies

Pigpen - Mmmmmm custard

I'll pop back later folks :A
  • Awww thanks for the lovely welcome ;)

Yesterday Was a good Healthy Eating day, just one slight slip up with 1 glass of wine.
Today B- Cereal L - WW Soup D - Salmon & Pasta with Tom Sauce
    Snacks - Bannana & Satsuma's

(Well thats the plan, hopefully I'll stick to no vino!)

Taplady - Yummy Leek & Pot soup - How do you do that? Would you mind sharing? I have tried so many different WW zero point soups but tbh they're gross! I know the spuds aren't point free but it won't be much and I'd have thought more filling than half a tin of WW soup that I have been having.

toniwoty2009 - Best of luck to DS in big boy pants, Well done on the 13lb loss.

Hi to everyone else, this thread is really busy!

    Afternoon peeps,

Hi MrsM ~ last night was BORING! and embarrassing at the same time :o It was bad enough the first time but having to do it twice

Just had to call into Sainsbugs on the way home and realised when I got in that although I've bought sweets and chocolate for Mr Frog and the Tadpoles, and cake, it didn't even cross my mind to want some :T Normally I would have had the "struggle". You know the one , where I put things in my trolley , then take them out again , then put them back in again umpteen times :rotfl: Didn't even have to have the "conversation" with myself about it! I didn't even realise how easy it was til I got in and thought about what I had just had to buy. How good am I? :D (answers on a post card please)
