Hi all. Welcome all newbies. Congrats to meanmarie.

Not been well again so food intake has been good - couldn't even keep water down on Sunday :o

Did the stuffed cabbage leaves idea last night MrsM - went down very well with OH. Makes it a bit like canneloni but with cabbage instead of pasta ;)

Still feeling a bit ropey today so breakfast was some cereal.
Lunch is probably bacon pasta (HM leftovers).
    Tea will be ham omelet.

Snacks are - none so far - maybe an apple later.

Have to get OH cereal, need milk, bread, salad bits so will have to go spend my last bit of money. Still got 9 days to go till payday :(

MHE - well done on the loss girl! ;)

Meanmarie - at last! I'd be clicking my knitting needles if we had another baby among the family. (Even if they dont wear them now... I love babies in soft soft woolie bundles. :D )

Glad you and OH are back to 'sound and vision' Rockie. ;)

    Hiya mamof4/5

Aww newlywed, will soon be payday. I'm going to give that cabbage leaf idea a go too. And I like the sound of the rice and chicken soup... just no chicken just yet.

    Food today:
    weetabix
Ham salad sandwich (will def cook a ham again next month, has been fab)
Macaroni cheese with onions, bacon & steamed veg.

Snacks - madarins, dried apricots and olives.

Going to get warmed up as not venturing to the library this morn. Its so cold and white it looks like its snowed. Not gonna risk the hill while its slippery. If I fall down how will they get me up again? :o

    Sees you all later.

Agapanthus, it's made sense to me for a while, but I was insufficiently informed. I thought it was low carb, which I really couldn't do, wouldn't even try. I didn't realise that it was generally ok to have modest portions of grains etc as long as they are wholeish.

Porridge again this morning and sweetened with Agave nectar. hungry when I got home just now, had 10-12 cashew nuts as prescribed for snack ( I love a food plan that makes it OK to have an official snack) and will have lunch before I go back into work. Let's see how it goes.

My trousers are alittle looser on the waist... I presume less bloating rather than weightloss, but who cares. I'm not in a hurry!

I would recommend it - I only had a small ish savoy so used two leaves with a serving spoon of mince mix in the middle and white sauce on top. Was surprised how filling it was when there was no pasta - but did do a tiny bit of rice for me and veg. Have one left over in the freezer (for lunch later in the week) ;)

I've been trawling the cupboards since about 5pm last night...desperate for something but don't know what! My gran used to say that if you didn't know what you wanted to eat, you couldn't be that hungry----doesn't take the feeling away, but it's something to philosofize over whilst munching on the dog's pig's ear:D

I just feel so angry:mad: I would say it could be a reaction to BIL passing, but don't want to use him as an excuse:o Why can't I be like other folk, & lose my appetite during periods of stress:mad: That would mean I'd never have a weight problem again:p

Congrats on the new arrival Marie..gaelic names are so pretty if a little difficult for me to pronounce:D

And Welcome Newbies.....you can sit next to me, then all your enthusiasm will rub off & get me shifting me keister into lightspeed......I've often been told I don't know one end from the other, so if they're both warped neither will anyone else:rotfl:
