• Afternoon everyone

Haven't had chance to post but I've been reading, hugs to those who've had a poo week.

See we've had lots of losses though, well done girls:T ... and frogs:T !

Never mind getting back on the wagon, I've superglued myself to it this week! Yes I've had the wardrobe crisis here too ladies.... had every sympathy with you, but it cheered me up to know I was not alone and I was not the only panic stricken woman in the world frantically flinging summer tops, t shirts and trousers round the bedroom because they don't fit or look just plain awful! Going to have a long overdue sorting out session this afternoon..... should burn off a few cals trying things on and no doubt doing a bit more flinging!

Food today...

B- cornflakes
L - tomato and red pepper soup, roll
D - peppered mackerel, salad, new tatties

See you later folks!
• Hello everyone - well done on the loss Floyd! I lost 2lbs this week, which is more than I expected TBH, as I have had a couple of really bad eating days. Anyway - food today:

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with a little bit of leftover tuna and crayfish on
lunch - small portion of leftover spaghetti with hm tomato sauce, half a slice of wholemeal toast and two fruit chunks.
Dinner - don't know yet - probably turkey curry with rice (no rice for me though) and yoghurt for afters.

Snacks, fruit, fruit chunk thingies (nearly all gone now), crispbread and light Philadelphia.

Cheerfulness - what do duck eggs taste like?

Ooh - here is my Sainsburys shop arriving!

Hope you are all having a nice day
Jane

:oI've been looking for the fruit bars...found some strawberry ones on ciao but don't know how much unless I sign up. I'll just have to keep a look-out on one of my many travels......

I had a couple of small glasses of wine last night :A but only i piece of french bread pizza & two teeny bbq ribs.....that's not saying I would've eaten more, but seeing as I was a guest in a 'new' friends home & her & a few others are WW drop-outs, I showed a bit of OS restraint:D

It was a 'naughty knicker' party & I had to stifle a few smiles at the sizes of pants & camies peeps were saying they'd order:naughty:SIZE=1]see ww drop-out comment

Hi All

Well done on the weight losses Cheerfulness, Floyd and Jane.

It's another scorching day here - the thermometer is currently reading 28C and it's hotter here than where we were in Spain today!! We decided to pop out and treat ourselves to a couple of sun loungers to make the most of it. The nearest big town is 17 miles each way so we thought it wouldn't take long to just nip into Asda and get them. Two and a half hours later (!) we finally got back - the traffic jams were horrendous and we crawled for ages. I actually jumped out and walked there in the end to start the shopping whilst OH was stuck in the queue.

The first thing that met my eyes in Asda was the clothes - so by the time OH arrived I'd found a pair of black cropped jeans and a white embroidered top to fling into the trolley. I decided to get a cheap outfit in a size 14 and then hopefully any vouchers etc I get for my birthday I can spend on a more expensive set of size 12 clothes. That's my excuse any way.

We managed to get two padded loungers in blue and white stripes for £15 each so were quite pleased with that. We've already tried them out and also had lunch on the patio. I stocked up on fruit and vegetables in Asda but didn't need anything else.

I don't think I'll be going out for a walk till later as its so hot but will endeavour to persuade OH for a walk in the woods around 6pm. I am really pleased with the new outfit (already wearing it) and the highlighted hair. I don't know whether the hairdresser was being tactful but when I said I had an important birthday next week he asked if it was my 40th - as it's my 50th I was very flattered and felt great!!

I am trying to get in all my different coloured fruit and vegetables as suggested earlier so food for today is as follows.

B: Fruit and fibre with skimmed milk and raisins. Cranberry and raspberry juice.
L: Piece of pizza with spinach and mozarella. Side salad of cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Bunch of green grapes.
D: Rice with prawns, mushrooms and red, yellow and green peppers. (Was supposed to be yesterday but OH was late home and so I had a piece of pizza instead and he ate out). Strawberries.
Snack: Orange, banana.

Have a lovely weekend everyone.

Humungus Congrats to RS and Floyd on wonderful losses!:j :T . You are truely Marvelous in May.

Rose Wood how did the hair dressers go? I hope you love the result.

Count me in for the meeting up at the book launch :D .

Foodwise I've had usual breakie, cheese & onion on toast and yogurt for lunch and an orange, date & fig for snacks. For tea we will have saugages, potatoes, broccoli, cauli and carrots. Yum! (not forgetting the mint sauce on the cauli :D )

Off now to weed the neglected flower beds. The veggies have had more than their fair share of TLC. Oh and another 2 peppers have appeared, thats 7. I must have completely lost the plot thinking I'd only sown 3  .

Better have zapped some cals whilst i was out there... i have hardly stopped apart from water breaks... worked past lunch time without realising  ..so after my juice and oats this morning i have just had a few grapes when i came out of the bath.. so i will be ready when the jackets are done..feta n salad nomnomnom:D

Nix..had to laugh as our cassette ran out of wire so hubby had a spare reel -wrong kind, so he had to sit and wind it on so i could get the strimming done :p

Afternoon all,

Still overcast here, but nice and warm...sun is to be back to-morrow.

Not done much, am going at the wardrobe in a bit, no idea what is in half of it and am really going to make myself chuck what no longer fits me...had meant to do this when all my clothes were way too big but as that hasn't happened I think that the time has come to be honest...need to see what is fit for holiday and pack it...need some new knickers and bras so might pay Evans a visit early in the week...wonder do they measure you as last time I was measured in M & S the size was way too big so had to change them.

Today I have eaten:

2 Weetabix and banana;
Small serving pasta and lamb salad, 2 slices potato bread with butter, coffee
Dinner is home made pizza, followed by some fruit and lots of water.

Congratulations to losers...have a good weekend all

Been busy today, Yoof orchestra, lunch and then to Wickes with DH. Don't anyone ever say I don't know how to live. I wanted to look for paper for my treatment room, so as he was going there for plaster it seemed like a good idea. THen we shopped at Mr M, so I shan't have to go in the morning. THen dh decided to get petrol, THEN he decided he wanted a carwash, so afternoon gone. At least I shall get a little peace and quiet later, he's gone for a run now and is going to the pub later. Only downside is that I have to run dd to the station late. She was supposed to have b/f with her to go back to his house, but he's not been up this afternoon, as he's not finished his psychology coursework. DS is out at a 50th party.

Food? Not quite as bad as yesterday I don't think, not yet anyway.

Breakfast, grapefruit, can't remember what else, not porridge... I'm losing the plot..... it might have been granola, but don't know.

Snack at orchestra , half slice of toast.

Lunch: salady things, hm pepper hummus, OK , then hm bread....and marmalade, then another one. I made lovely seedy rolls for lunch you see, then the rest of them made into a nice tear apart loaf. I should photograph it I guess, easy to do. THEN I had forgotten that I had had 2 rolls, when I had a nat yoghurt with stewed rhubarb and dates. Oh Dear.

DInner will be pasta with tomato sauce, bacon onion and mushrooms.

I'll catch up with you all later.
