    Morning all!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I've been reading over the posts from yesterday afternoon to now - you all make me laugh! We could make a book out of this thread - a bit like Bridget Jones' Diary but more funny and with great recipes and tips!:T

The idea is developing - someone came up with different titles for every month, Marvelous in May etc - they could be the chapters and we could put the funniest and most useful posts from each month in each chapter!

    morning all

glad to see folks up n about..i have been up since "stupid o'clock again  so i have been sat outside on the step we have a lemon tree and an orange one and the smell is beautiful and so i sat out there and have just set some greek oregano and pak choi (sent by my lovely mum :p ) and some oriental mix (misome, mizuna, komatsuna + mustard -red giant) some more kidney beany :o (well i had 10 loo roll inners and it seemed a shame not to ;) ) and some more lettuce...oh and later i have some button mushroom spaw to get going (sent by lovely mum again :p )...so i have got a head start this morning..
Later hubby is going to move the growing tents a little so i can get the strimmer up to the fence (well today -so he can ;) )..then he has 4 more crates to line :j then im going to get as much as i can out of the house and in place ..
everything is coming along brilliantly my parsnips n spuddly duddlys are going great guns :T

Anyway back to the topic..well that was exercise related :D ..

    meals today..
    1. brekkie..a juice (will decide what when i go in there) and soaked oats with yog and fruit n seeds
    2. lunch... bean and quinoa salad with a bit of feta and kraut salat then fruit
    3. dinner ....think i may do a pasta salad.. have some pasta that is tricolour but the green instead of being spinach is basil and the red is coloured with beetroot :T ..not tried it yet so will do that with tuna and loads of salad veggies and greek yogurt/mayo... have started increasing the yog and reducing the mayo ;) and when the mayo is gone its gone
    4. and snackies will be fruit as usual
toniwotty :T have fun clothes hunting.. and just think -not only can you save some pennies buying smaller clothes -but you wil save by needing less lotion -now there is less to cover :p

Cheerfulness.... well done on the loss :j way to go :T .... especially as you have had such a stressfull few days :T

Glad my underwear made you laugh.. it has that effect :rotfl:
I have some like you that look quite "average" but you should see um stretch :p ... i got those ones from evans.. they are a bit like sloggis but have a soft control pannel in the middle but you can't tell its there (not that it controls my belly much..need re-enforced steel for that :rotfl: )..they are the only knickers i have found that go on and don't budge... no giving me a wedgy, no rolling -they are bl**dy lovely and lovely soft fabric...in fact if ever im a skinny mini im still gonna get some in little sizes they are soooo comfy non of those cheese wire jobbies oooh nooo:D

Can't remember who asked (sorry) but i have supper of some kind most evenings... it was usually hm bread with some cream cheese..but just lately it seems to be fruit or yogurts..we have dinner about 7pm (it used to be earlier).. but even now i can't go till bed time without something else :p

right i had better go and get hubby up.. he is useless and lethargic all day if he stays in bed to long  .. have a great day everyone and good luck to anyone else weighing in...talk to you all soon :D

    Morning folks :hello:

It's a very grey day here at present and we had a humdinger of a thunder storm during the night. I'd been on the extra doppy cough med though so didn't stay conscious long :D (that pluss the fact I'd been up since 4.30am yesterday  ). The local hills are only starting to appear now from their blanket of murk.

Congrats to Cheerfulness and Kentish maid on your losses :T :T . Good on yur!!

My new undies seem to have struck quite a cord :rotfl: . I don't know when I've had such a giggling session, and believe me I don't do cheese wire thingies ( ) either. The new black lacy nics and underwire black Tshirt bra with lacy trim and pretty little bow in the middle were proudly wafting in the breeze yesterday afternoon.:D :D Happy shopping toniwoty come back with something totally gorgious!

I was absolutely delighted yesterday to find I now have 5 peppers. This is totally amazing as I only thought I'd planted 3  . I gave the new hose extension a test drive and am well chuffed with it. It's got more settings than the bathroom shower head so can give the seedling everything from a fine mist to blasting them out of their pots :p .

Good idea about the book superspam, it would be an instant best seller. I look forward to logging on every day just to read what you've all been up to and having such a giggle. You're all stars:T .

Frogga, ever thought about having the fleese framed? It could be a constant reminder of the former you  .

I ordered a couple of Mason Bee tubes yesterday, (sorry to hear about your accident with the bee Floyd). I'd been watching several hovering round our summerhouse this week. We built it last year out of recycled timber which has lots of old nail holes, but not big or deep enough for the bees to use. So I thought they obviously like the location (coming over all Kirsty Allsop now) so why not get them something they can use. Hence Bee Mansions should be with us sometime next week :T .

Best drag myself away from the computer now and get on and do some work. Promised DH I'd hoover the garage this morning. Ours must be one of the only garages round with carpet tiles (recycled from local libruary), TV with digital, LARGE music system with individual big speakers (all cobbled together from old good bits from years gone by, a Gym, outside toilet, freezer, washing machine, dryer and various units. The whole thing got painted this spring with white and yellow redundant paint and we got some blinds for the window so DH wouldn't be seen by the neighbours using the gym:eek: ! I keep saying I'd be quite happy to move out there and have it as a Granny flat :D .

Have a great day you MARVELOUS peeps!!

Then he can depose of it in the wheelie bin or line the whippets basket with it. :D

The dog bed? I need a sit down _pale_

Thank goodness my Gran is looking out for me, thanks Marie xxx

Now going to help Mr Frog assemble a picnic bench we bought for the garden. Well, I'm making the tea while he assembles it ;)

I Would LOVE to have come and met up in Woodbridge ME , what an opportunity missed! We have a family BBQ to go to this afternoon so I cant, that's such a shame. It really isn't that far either  We must all meet up sometime you know, perhaps at the book launch?

RIght Hopping off to put another load of washing out, have a really good weekend my cyber buddies :D

Cheerfulness - well done on losing despite all thats happened!:T

    frogga :hello:

MRSM - I usually have a yoghurt for supper too or a SW FiFI bar

Had a dreadful nights sleep in at work due to a certain person screaming her head off all night:mad: had to get up twice to help out the waking night person so am knackered today. I went back to bed for an hour but couldn't sleep so got up to do some jobs. Going to make the chaps some of twinks hob nobs and a lemon drizzle cake for Mums best friend who is 91 tomorrow!
Got no food plans yet but have had a slice of HM bread as toast with marmalade for brekkie so far.
Got to cook DH his usual saturday special cooked breakfast soon when he gets home from work. Might do a special low fat one for me with quorn sausages if I'm hungry enough.

hope you all have a lovely day. I'll pop back later x

    Hi all,

Good start to the day, scales say I have lost 3lb this week although most of it was probably sweat from yesterdays digging :rotfl:

Today will be tough as we are hoping to BBQ later today and as I don't really eat much meat, I find it hard to to eat sensibly as halloumi is hardly low-fat! Might dig out some quorn sausages instead.

B: Dry wholemeal toast with HM rhubarb, orange and ginger jam
    L: Nothing
D: Any of the following; falafel, quorn sausage, halloumi and chestnut mushroom kebabs, wholemeal pitta, HM salsa, salad, potato salad, corn on the cob and a few vodka lime and sodas.

I know there will be pudding appearing from someone but i don't know what it is so I have some strawberries and raspberries in reserve in case its very very heavy or I eat too much potato salad :o

    Hello!

Well done Floyd and Cheerfulness! :T Inspiring losses again.............you know the threads where the first post has a list of everyone on the challenge and how much they have saved/are aiming for, maybe we should have a roll call on the next fat fighters thread that gets updated everytime we weight so we can tot up how much we've lost in total - I bet it's a HOOG amount!

Out in the garden after heavy night on the lash last night, feeling a bit delicate and the strimmer has just run out of thready stuff and so I'll have to go buy some - which considering I am covered in grass pulp is not something I'm looking forward to. Hmphhhh. Been sat here for last half hour trying to undo the very last few winds which are all knotted

Ohhhh I'm a grumpy old Hector today..............red wine and no sleep makes Nixy a grumpy girl!

Have a belting day everyone, hope the weather holds steady for you all xx

Oh. Fed hangover with McDs breakfast today.........don't think weigh in is gonna be a happy one this week :o
