just a quick one as i heard something which i thought would particularly interest mrsm apparently having a very full freezer is greener as it doesn't have to work so hard trying to freeze air and the fuller it is the less electricity it uses. so mrsm with your two full freezers you're managing to lose weight, be OS and moneysaving AND GREEN! you continue to inspire meDisneyworld Florida in August 2011 :jLost so far: 0 lbs of 4stMother of beautiful son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy0

You look pretty greeen to me frogga!
I've got food sorted for today,
Brekkie, fruit and porridge
Lunch:either rest of tuna and kid bean salad I made yesterday, or may be out with MIL later, depends if she wants to go out with me. She always treats me to coffee or lunch if it's available.
Dinner: feeling good, it's sitting ready in the fridge. Just made a sheps pie, minced up Monday's roast and topped with the boulangere pots that were left. Have a quorn one for dd.
Just the snack demons to sort out!
back later, need more tea... urgently!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Morning all
firstly thankyou one and all for the good wishes..much appretiated :grinheart
Got up this morning feeling fully recharged..have dumped the "stressed out grump head"... won't help..only make me poorly too -so i have mentally wrapped it all up in a box and sent it away (yes im a fruit loop:p )..so say hello to "mrs super motivated, get on with it, stop faffing, get a grip" ..starting today with renewed vigour ....determined to shift the rest of this wobble and get as much yummy good stuff down my neck as possible
Toniwotty....i knew there was a reason for my stock piling mentality..im just being green
..i have to admit that when i do run it down i stick empty boxes in the gaps to make it more efficient
god i should get out more:rotfl: .... my dad sounds like yours... mind we lost him when he was only 48 -but he was a stubborn b*gger... took his medication when he felt like it, did more than he should ..mind, his valve lasted longer than it should have done so we should be gratefull for the extra time he got..me and 2 others wouldn't even been here if he hadn't had that valve
frogga.... you can't go around mentioning "tips" and not sharing them... really -whatever next
glad your tops are feeling better.. i would probably have cracked the stitching on the seems near the bottom...but can't think of what else to do...hmmm that will keep me pondering :rotfl:
Bobbadog... well done.. i think that was very restrained of you..dodging the pub food is a major achievement :T ...hope you have a good weekend
meals today:-- brekkie -yogurt

- dinner -huge salad jacket potato and organic feta mmmmm
- snackies... fruit or yogurt
and today im going to drag some beans out of the cupboard and get them soaking so i can make a bean/quinoa salad :A :rotfl: ....
have allready nipped out and watered everything... a slug has taken a nice chunk out of the leaf on one of my butternut squashes  ..still as long as it leaves the stem alone i will let it off (until i catch it..then its going on the bird table).. I think that as the squash coped out doors last night i can start thinking about getting the cumbers out there :j ..ooooh im all excited
right i had better get off to the shops.im usualy back by now

This was the PM I sent to Frogga yesterday..... I'm sure she won't mind me sharing it with you, as it has been helpful to her.

I was just thinking about your tops. I've been making waistcoats for the chorus and one of the things we have done for the girls who are a little more generously proportioned in the hip area, is to open out the little slits/vents. Does the top already have any? Could you open them up and neaten them off? Might just give you a little more room to move. Do you understand what I mean or am I talking absolute b*ll*cks?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Haven't posted for a few days as I've been busy planting my veggies out in the garden and trying to organise stuff for going away at the weekend. I've been absolutely knackered with all the gardening so I better had lost, weigh in tomorrow.
Hugs to all those that need them :grouphug:, well done to the losers :cool:0 -
Morning everyone,
i`m in a good mood today cos despite eating all that rubbish for the last few days i got weighed this morning and i`ve lost a pound :j
I`m now 15st 5lb for the first time in ages and that also means i`ve lost the first lb in my May challenge :j it must be something to do with the tin of tuna i ate last night so i`m going to have another one tonight too.
Todays plans are:-
BF pate on toast
Dinner tortilla with salad & beans yogurt
Tea salmon salad
Supper tin of tuna
I hope not to be snacking today and as i`m on the late shift i`ve not had brekkie yet, i`m going to eat later on this shift so that (in theory) should stop me snacking later.
((((HUGS)))) for MrsM & family and also to anyone else who needs one.
Must dash
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
