Dark chocolate is yuck :D We dont call it dark chocolate, we call it black chocolate, and the milk is brown chocolate and the white is yellow ;) Froggy logic you see :D

Dark chocolate is better for you, it has low GL, which means you don't get a 'sugar spike' and reach for more things as you hit the post sugar low. Also it's much harder to eat too much. It has to be high % for this though.

High% choc is lovely with a glass of nice red wine.

*nods* Green and Blacks.......................yurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm. Apparently the reason you can always find room for pud after you've eaten a big dinner is because your savoury taste buds get satiated but your sweet ones are still up for a bit of action - so I have a square of dark dark chocolate and that knocks my pudding taste buds on the head. Result.

Sorry, black choc IS yucky, that's a FACT and the reason you only need a little bit is cos then your brain remembers how yuck it really is! and wine is yuck too ~ SO is all alcohol, yucky yucky. I like sweets and juice :D

    Hi all!

    I'm a white chocolate fan myself!

Had an awful afternoon, had to have my little dog put to sleep so am feeling very sad.:( am treating myself to proper fattening oven chips for tea instead of SW ones, probably wont enjoy them as I've got no appetite.

frogga - glad to see you havent lost your sense of humour!;)

I haven't ever had any trouble eating any chocolate before (sorry, I lie, the LIndt 99% was just toooooo muuuuuuch for me!) but recently got a bar of Green and Blacks for cooking and it wasn't at all nice. I had to use it for cooking

Sorry to hear about your little dog Taplady.

    Hello everyone!:hello:

Special hello to frogga - glad to see you back:D and you are not disgusting for secret eating - I do it all the time and its only coming on here that's made me realise its normal and I'm not mental! Someone - I can't remember who - said that bingeing is just a way of coping - I agree and since I've learnt to accept that, I find it much easier not to binge.

Ate a banana muffin again but I am just ....... so..........tired. I was hungray after work and couldn't be bothered to find something healthy:p

I just lurv dark chocolate - the darker the better. Unfortunately (or fortuntely as far as my weight is concerned) I have a dicky ticker which doesn't like caffeine and I'm not supposed to have any:(. Dark chocolate has caffeine so I only have a little bit very rarely else it makes me feel funny.

Congrats on losses to all those that have (and those that have STS)- wow Mrs M!:T

So sorry about your little dog taplady (((hugs)))
