    HI it's me,

Cant believe I'm writing this but guesss which useless waste of space gave up on day one?:o

Came home from work and got bored and miserable gutsy so picked and picked on carp  Typical. What kind of an effort is that? No effort at all that's what.

Had enough and I shall leave you all to get on with it. Your better off without people bringing you down me thinks.

SO badly want to get slim for my new job in September that I even logged onto the lighter life website to get more info. Would cost me £66 per week for 14 weeks, that's £924. THey rekon I would easily loose 4 stone in that time.

I Really WANT to be thin as I HATE myself fat. I just cant stop binging.

The thing I REALLY want though is one of those gadgets that you grow salad in for the kitchen - it is about £100 but it grows salad and tomatoes just in water. I soooo want one because I CANNOT grow stuff outside because of the pests, cats and slugs.

I know exactly what you mean, i drooled  over it when the lakeland book came through the door! :D its so expensive though

Well just to be difficult....im in the "other mode" today... I feel permenantly stuffed  so i had my yog + nana for brekkie.... jacket with HM cauli n broc cheese and thats when i started feeling podged so for tea i have had 7 crabsticks :p well i know i need to eat something...see im being sensible ... oh and i have had 3 oranges :o ..so now -seeing it written down its understandable that im stuffed :rotfl:

Frogga... you don't have to leave us..ecky thump..we all have blips - and as for lighter life  i have done lipo trim and my god i have never known such pain (constipation :o ) dog breath, tummy rumbles, head aches... not to mention the cost  ....come on gert YOU CAN DO THIS :D

Recovering.... yep - when i was back in the uk i got the paul mckenna book -the one with just 1 CD and listend to it about half a dozen times and never thought anymore about it..then when we moved out here i decided to get my bum into gear...and its weired because it really like someone has flicked a switch in my brain  i have a totally different attitude to food but don't know why  ... and i saw him on TV talking about his book and realised i was doing exactly what he said :rotfl: and I can't say for sure it was that..but he tells you to link your fave food with something you really really don't like... i thought about choccie and whitebait -(which is goppin) and now the thoughts of choc makes me feel ill an if hubby is eating it i have to open the windows as it makes me want to be sick :T .

RoseWood ..... hope you get loads of things to treat yourself with :T ... bet its strange being back in the UK isn't it??

right i had better get off and hav a veg out....fingers crossed for the weigh ins tomorrow folks ;) ..have a great evening all :D

Recovering..nearly forgot... i have the Jamie at home book (xmas pressie from my brother :D )..you don't get the hand written bits but its a cracking book with bits about growing stuff too :T ...if you want any recipes out of it before you get it..just let me know ;)

Frogga - have PMd you - dont leave us already!

I wouldn't bother with lighter life - its not a healthy eating plan - just shakes etc then when the weight has come off and you start eating normally again it goes back on plus some!

    good luck Rockie!;)

Frogga - step away from the lighter life!!

not only will it leave your purse lighter it could make you very very ill. those things are full of rubbish! never mind the aspartame!

i know its so upsetting when you really want to lose weight quick but there are much healthier ways than that. i know you have done it here before. it wasnt that long ago you lost 15lbs! :D i was in same place as you before i found this thread and you yourself inspired me that you can lose weight, healthily and O/S way. so dont be so hard on yourself ok

You never bring us down, everyone has blips, some blips are a day, some a week, plus you would be so so so so so so so so missed on here if you disappeared. ((((HUGS))))

FROGGA! don't even think about it! get your bum back here!
we all have bad days, just try again tomorrow ;)

and i'm a culprit of having tried lighterlife :o its disgusting! i couldn't stand that horribbibble paste for longer than a fortnight. had to drink soooooooooo much water (4-6 litres a day) i couldn't stop weeweeing. and ended up craving all the total carp even more because all i could eat was this ranky skanky paste. totally vile. OH's boss did it, lost 3 and half stone and did really well but surprise surprise a year on and 2 and half has gone back on.
