HI again...not having a good evening...I have had too much of my delicious cake that we had for tea. It's low fat, but stil has cals in it.

Now I feel really daft. I should have got on and done something creative or useful, but just slumped after I got back from the airport.

Maybe I should do something useful... like work out how I'm going to plan meals so that I can stay within budget over the next few months.

    Hmmm

Hiya - found my way here from the grocery challenge thread. Is it ok to join? I've just cancelled my weight watchers subscription as after losing 2st for my wedding last year, I've managed to put 1st of it back on without really trying! plus can't really afford £17.95 a month. Looking for a little motivation and support if possible!! :)

Hya folks, just a quick one as it is VERY late, and I must get to bed!

I have taken 3 hours to catch up with this thread,,,serves me right for not popping in more regularly. I am not even sure why I haven't, I have been pretty busy lately and have not had time to get on-line.

As to my weight...not sure what I am these days. Our scales are on the blink...have discovered that DS2 weighed over 2 stone LIGHTER :eek:on our scales compared to the hospital's and the gym's....aaargh! This means I am probably over 2 stone HEAVIER:eek::eek: than I thought I was.....help!

I have definitely lost some weight as my trousers keep falling down, but others I have are still too tight!!! So I trundled off to Lloyds Chemists and got their fantoosh body-fat scales for £13.49 (RRP £29.99!!)...but they don't work...don't turn on at all !!! Do you think some-one is trying to tell me something!!! I will take the scales back tomorrow and see if I can get a set that is working.

That's enough for today/this morning...I really must get to bed. Day off tomorrow (today?...Wednesday anyway), so I plan on sowing more seeds and pricking out my tomatoes and peppers...have too many as usual, but I will find homes for them easily enough!

Hope you all have a great day...I will let you know my "correct" weight when I get my new scales.

    Morning!:hello:

Just a quickie, of to work in a few mins - weighed myself this morning and .....

    1.5lb lost!!:j

I was worried I'd have hit the 11st mark with how podgy I was feeling but guess I'm just a little bloated with it being 'that time of the month'. Hurray, I'm going to change my sig quickly now.

Hope you all have a lovely day:cool:

    Morning ladies n gents

Have been up quite a while...ditty birds sat outside my window singing their heads off-and i can't sleep with my window shut so it was LOUD :rotfl:
Hubby has tootled off on his golf competition -so im having a day plodding in the garden -if it stays nice enough :j Hubby dumped me the compost in those tubs, so i just need to add some food and more compost, build wigwams :rotfl: thats gonna be fun :p and get my beans moved out of the spare bedroom...only so i have room to set more

    Meals today...
    1. brekkie -think i will have weetabix
    2. lunch -fruit and yogurts i think
    3. dinner -luxury cauli/broccoli cheese and will do hubby some hm sausages with his i think -mind he is going to have to nuke his as he isn't expecting to be back before 8pm
Was rather good last night and resisted the lure of hm bread again -even though hubby has 4 slices toasted with butter mmmmmmm. I reasoned that i wasn't hungry it would have just been a combination of habbit/greed and the fact i know its nice :o .
So yesterday was rather good.. weetabix, cauli/broc cheese -with not much cheese sauce(don't like sloppy) and other than that it was fruit :A ....
Im so glad summer is appearing but i know it means my food budget will go up as i eat even more fruit/yoghurt ..and as much as i like to keep our spends down im not going to do it at the expense of my weightloss/health... so i will just have to grin and bare it ...once all my veggies are through it will come down again ;)

hello and welcome JennyBee..im sure you should get loads of help on here :D

Well done superspam :T oh and im another vote for living in jimjams :p as soon as im in the house i kick of my shoes and my "scruffy comfies" go on :o .. mind i now get those nice thin soft cotton bottoms - a bit like leggins but not clingy and in black so i can slop around without folks knowing im in my jimjams ;)

Hiya keiss..nice to see you back...:D

Marie...I love apricots mmmm especially fresh ones... Dried apricots are the only thing that hubby won't eat... but i love them so don't mind keeping them to myself ;)

hope everyone has a great day..
hello to Taplady, newlywed, cheerfulness, frogga, M.E, RS and everyone else not mentioned :D ...

You're all winning me over to the 'living in jimjams' camp! :pJust popped in quickly to post my plan for today:

Bfast was banana shake at 6am and I've just had 1xtoast and peanut butter.
Snack - banana and a biscuit
Lunch - ham salad sarnie, half an avocado and a yoghurt
Snack - apple and grapes, other half of avocado
Dinner - honey and mustard chicken salad with crash hot potatoes (cooked new potatoes squashed, sprayed with oil and seasoned then roasted until crispy - yum, yum)

BF is going out tonight so there's no-one to stop me eating naughty things - must be good, must be good.....

Poor you Frogga! My dogs are partial to goat poo themselves - delightful! Fortunately I have tiny dogs so cleaning them up doesn't take too long!

Well done to all other losers!!:T and I think its someones Birthday but I can't remember who! Happy Birthday anyway :bdaycake:
