  • You guys are just fab - thanks for all the wonderful congrats. I am still gobsmacked at the loss :D .

    So today have had
B Muesli, Yog and stewed rhubarb (still a fair whack of this to go)
L Salmon and Noodle salad, coleslaw and beetroot salad, Plums and Pineapple and Yog
D will be sausage casserole, veg and mashed pots :p
Have to confess that have eaten some bikkies today as well but not going to worry too much. :o

Should have gone for a swim tonight but the weather here is foul and didn't want to go out again. Also, came home to OH with manflu (bless), so have my Nurse Knockemstiff outfit on (ooer Matron) to look after the poor lamb.

So - off now to cook tea and then put bum down for the TV. Oh, and Morrissey - bleurgh, always looks like he needs a good wash ;)

Nix143Plan for the evening - mushroom stirfry and HM lamb burger - look Mom, no carbs :T - and then I am parking my lardy behindy on my rowing machine (which is currently parked in the living room!) and watching Gok on How To Look Good Nekkid! I blurry love that man and always tear up at the end when they are walking down the catwalk, he makes them feel so good about themselves it makes my heart do a little twinge :o

Are you sure it's not indigestion:rotfl: :rotfl:

Perhaps a bit late, but the offsprings friends never knew what to call me when they were tiddlers, so I became Big Mumma F to them all---most days here it resembled a yoof club, & even into early twenties they would spend many a summer's evening sitting out front.......aahhh---them wuz the days:rolleyes:

All I can suggest to RS, is to hold on to the fact that they do grow out of the rebellious stage eventually:o There's less than four years twix my three, so I had continuous nappies, terrible twos, "teecha sez" & puberty:eek: So does anyone know how many calories there are in mega-prozac;)

Huge Well Done to the Losers btw:T hopefully we'll be catching you up before long:p

    Evening all:D

Sorry, I never have chance to read all the posts properly but I did pick up on recovering having had a very bad morning - you poor thing, don't feel bad, you've done really well not to continue with it through the day so, all things considered, you should be proud of yourself:A

Hope everyone else is well. I have been a good girl but this is the time of day when I struggle the most - I don't need a banana muffin do I?:o

I've finally remembered to pick my scales up from my Mums where I left them last week so tomorrow morng will be my first official weigh in since starting on this thread. I dread to think what it might be - I currently only have one pair of jeans that fit and I can't afford any new ones so every couple of days I spend the evening in my pyjama bottoms while I wash, dry and iron them! They're falling apart so if I don't kick some weight soon, I may have to permanently wear pyjamas:eek:

Having had such a huge breakfast I had a large savoury scone and white coffee with my friend and then had the veggies from yesterday for dinner...no meat, no fish, so feeling that maybe I didn't completely destroy the day.

Apricots....love them, fresh or dried...always have done, even when I was a little kid, a long time ago.

Recovering...hugs to you on DDs behaviour....walk away when she starts and deny her all privileges until she behaves in a reasonable manner. Think about you and limit the satisfaction you give her by letting her see you cry...never mind the mini binge, draw a line and make to-morrow a new day.

Congratulations to the losers...I don't really mean that as I am as green as Frogga with envy, but must try to do better!

    Hi All,

We've been out all day so haven't had time to post but well done losers and hope you are feeling better Jane. We have collected OH's new car, visited and had lunch with my Mother and then called in on OH's Mother. Altogether a round trip of around 180 miles. I am now shattered and am off to bed.

My user name originates from the place we live in in the UK in case you were wondering and is nothing to do with my real name, though I know feel like a Rose when on here now.
