Dried Apricots or fresh? I am not keen on fresh ones at all, but can take the dried ones chopped up in muesli or stuff.

dried apricots have calcium in - not sure why fresh ones don't

See I was paying attention to your previous veggie lessons frogga :D

Beans (kidney beans etc) have quite a bit of iron in too, as well as protein ;)

They have calcium in them too - that's why I've been eating more of em recently (well in fits and starts depending on my mood - but more spinach, kale and broccoli than I would have done previously)

    I'd love to disagree with you but I can't - shallow as a puddle I am :D

Plan for the evening - mushroom stirfry and HM lamb burger - look Mom, no carbs :T - and then I am parking my lardy behindy on my rowing machine (which is currently parked in the living room!) and watching Gok on How To Look Good Nekkid! I blurry love that man and always tear up at the end when they are walking down the catwalk, he makes them feel so good about themselves it makes my heart do a little twinge :o
