    Morning All,

Well, Day 1. This is my 432nd Day 1................ and my last! Never will I binge again. I am now in recovery. I am a recovering bingeaholic :D

Have just hopped on the scales and after they had recovered from the shock they said 18st 12lb. It could have been worse as I thought it was gonna be at least 19 1/2 st. SO now I can say I'm never gonna see 19 st again ;) Ah, that's a bit said isn'it? Poor old 19st :p I feel sorry for it now. Never mind, I'll get over it ;)

Have got 2 big cartons of cranberry juice to get through today as I thought it might help clean out all the yuckies that must be floating around my insides. I expect I'll have a headache all day as I usually do once I stop eating all the carp.

    Today I am having

    Breakfast ~ Porrige
    Snack ~ 4 apricots, 4 nuts
Lunch ~ Houmous, spinache and watercress sandwich with seedy bread
    Snack ~ 4 apricots, 4 nuts
Tea ~ Spicey beans and LOADS of veg

That's not too odd for me is it? Have made it all up already so I shouldn't fall off . Correction I WONT fall off.

It was lovely to have all your support. A big hello to you all, but a special big hello to Tappy, MrsM, MeanMarie and Jackie :A You are real palls. Oh and Marie, have I really got to wait til Tuesday? BLimey that long! YOu know how easily I get bored

Right hopping off now to wizz round with the hoover.......................................... ( other house cleaning devises are available)

How many cals does cranberry juice have? Warning!!!!! Your liver and kidneys are pretty good detox organs on their own. You would be better off eating fruit instead of drinking juice, which is calorie dense and doesn't assuage hunger for long! JMO!!!

    Morning ladies and gents :hello:
I was very naughty last night, :naughty::naughty: OH baked............so I had 2 scones with butter and 2 white bread rolls with butter  I did avoid the chocolate chip cake though.....

Today I have had soaked oats, yoghurt and berries, I have new potato salad for my lunch, banana and a plum for nibbles. Tea will be quorn fillets, rice and veggies I think. I'll get my walking in today and I might go for a swim at lunchtime.

Frogga - you sound like my OH, he plants loads of seeds then expects them to appear straight away :rotfl: all our windowsills, the mini greenhouse and the cold frame are full of veggies waiting to go to the allotment ........if it ever stops raining

Well done to all the losers and those weighing in today :T

    See you later folks :A

Morning all, just a quicky before I get stuck into my nightmare day of w**k. Weighed in and I've lost 2lbs. Me being me would have prefered 5lbs :D but 2 lb will do :T and it is right for the just over a pound a week I've set myself for my target - 17lbs to go in 17 weeks - piece of cake . I've started watching the ozs as well so next mini target is 3lbs 7oz to get me under 11 stone for first time in a long time.

Well done Sugarhunny, that weight loss rules! Wanna swap? ;)

Have a great day everyone xx

    Morning ladies.... and gent ;)

Hows we all diddlin this morning then? tickity boo i hope :D don't know what is going off but i feel all "over cheerfull" this morning :p
Just got back from a 2hr trek to the supermarket and back..so thats most of my exercise done for today :j

    meals today....
    1. brekkie ..i had my last jelly with rhubarb, apple and cherry in and 1/2 a pot of cherry yog on top  -but i have to wait until i go to Aldi in the morning to get more rhubarb, apfelmus and cherries:cry: -they are cheaper there ;)
    2. lunch .. haven't decided yet ..might be fruit and a yogurt...
    3. dinner .. doing a salad with feta and steamed potatoes i think
    4. and as always -snackies..fruit or yog :j
Have finally decided that we are now on full scale summer menus :j .. which in this house means salad of some sort -every day :D ... luckily hubby loves his salads..which is great as he doesn't bother with fruit -but will eat as many veggies as i can throw at him... on the down side.. it costs us a lot more than our winter meals... as i have to have as much variety on there as i can muster :p -still the veggies are playing nicely outside -so hopefully about 4 weeks and i should be getting some bits out of there :T

Well done on the loss sugarhoney :T ..what a great start :j

Woo hoo frogga.. nice to see you back Mrs.. see we are just too lovely to stay away from :p

Cheerfulness.. those 4 chillies are through :j and the basil and salad leaves..but the tomatoes are playing silly beggars only 1 out of 3 through so far

Well i would like to report that there is still only 1 mini courgette muffin missing from the 10 i froze :A ..granted i have discovered that it can be eaten straight from the freezer :o .... but only 1 has vanished so far  ... thinking of trying the date n pineapple bars this week..now i have tested my willpower and realise that im ok with stuff in the house -no longer in "pac man" mode ;)

Ooooohhhh found out over the weekend that im only about 8lbs heavier than hubby now :T couldn't figure out how as im obviously bigger than him..took me ages to realise he is about 4" taller :rotfl: .. but i will soon weigh less than him :D ..mind he is losing a bit too.. he isn't trying as such.. but he eats what he is given on the whole so loses without trying:rolleyes: ... and on weeks where he HAS to buy himself 20 packs of snacks  i simply don't bake him any extra goodies :rotfl: and he hasn't realised yet ;) thankfully -he doesn't do it very often

The carb thing is interesting as i know the more bread i eat the more i crave it -although HM isn't as much of a problem.. but yesterday i have started making a bigger loaf but in a very long tin so the slices are smaller and can be cut thinner without them dropping to bits... so i can still have 2 slices but im actually getting less ;) and hubby just has more slices... have to make another loaf today actually as hubby has taken 8 lancashire n salad sandwiches to work...sounds a lot but he doesn't have brekkie and will have 2 at break 4 at lunch and 2 at afternoon break...

Right i had better get that loaf made and get a bit of tidying up done..then i will pop out and do a bit in the garden.... hubby is taking me for some more tubs tonight..big 65 litre jobbies for more beans.... and then im going to put salad bits round the bottom to try and free up more troughs... oh and then a lovely army wife who comes on here too has offered me some more pots and a couple of black dustbins with lids...more potatoes :j ..so hubby is going to pick those up for me this week :D

hope everyone is having a great morning..keep up the good work ..oh and hello to anyone not mentioned :D

Nearly missed you NIX....:j on your loss :D

Taplady -hope you have a great few days off...my veggies are doing ok so far....

    Hi guys,

Taplady thank you for thinking of me, I am doing ok-ish - yesterday I had a bit of a wobbly day and went to have lunch at a chinese restaurant, but my total consumption of syns (estimated) was around 20, so I cannot really complain. Today I am back on course, and this is my plan (except for breakfast which has already happened!):

Breakfast: bran flakes with soya milk, 1 chopped prune & 1 chopped apricot.

    Snack: 1 orange

Lunch: egg, sweetcorn, greens, tomato salad, 2 ryvita, fruit yogurt

    Snack: small cheese sandwich, fruit

Dinner: lentil and veg soup with broken spaghetti, fruit

Busy day today so I have to plan carefully, the lentils are already cooked, I need to buy a small loaf of wm bread so I can make my sandwich for later, as I am going from a client's home straight to my knitting class.

Hope you are all doing well,

    Love

    Caterina
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    Morning ladies and gents.

Well done on all the super loses:T Sugar hunny and nix Welcome home Rose and Frogga;)
My weekend was good, included a big Sunday Roast out with a couple of glasses of wine and a huge wedge of birthday cake but I think I worked that into my eating plan:rolleyes: :p
Anyway I've a couple days away from my usual routine now so my steps will go out the window and I'll be eating out so I need to make sensible choices:rolleyes:
Oh well have a great one ladies and Orph (nice to know you are still about, don't be afraid to post I'm sure your contributions will be valuable)

    Hi all,

Hello Frogga - missed ya mate - good to have you back posting as it's not been the same without your madness ;):D (I'm the same age as you too)

Well done to all the losers and especially Cheerfulness :T

Was bad on Saturday - icecream, cake, HM pizza, oven chips, biscuits, wine - erm yeah well anyway, I had a good day and enjoyed it. Now time to move on!

Today I have had toast with some lovely cherry jam with loads of cherry bits in.

Snacks are a banana (eaten) and a pear (packhams crunchy pears are back in the shops so I'm happy)

    Lunch is - dunno yet.

Tea is Gammon joint in the slow cooker and some veg - probably broccoli coz I ought to eat more greens.
