Cheerfulness....very well done...that is a great loss...I would be taking out ads in the national papers if I had a loss like that!
To-day I have eaten:
Porridge with chopped banana and honey, coffee;
Salad with buckling, beetroot and two slices bread and butter, 5 boiled sweets;
Pasta carbonara with no parmesan, glass of water.
Night all.

Hiya- sorry to be thick but what is buckling?0 -
Hello everyone - it's so nice to have the computer back - after two expensive visits to the computer shop where they kept saying they had fixed it but clearly hadn't, a friend came round who dabbles in computers and quickly established that the problem was not in the computer but the fact that someon (DD2 I suspect) had spilt sticky drink over the keyboard and there was loads of sticky gloop inside and it had messed up all the buttons so that everytime you tried to type it sent mad messages to the computer and kept on opening the home page until the CPU was overloaded. So I bought a new keyboard and am up and running again! - Waste of £45 at the repair shop though......
Anyway - I made a roast dinner tonight and wanted to make some yorkshire puddings so I tried a recipe from an old american recipe book and it was lovely and low fat too. It was 4 eggs, 4oz flour, a bit of salt and half a pint of skimmed milk all mixed up together and then poured into cold non stick fairy cake tins which had been lightly greased with a tiny bit of oil (less than a tsp for the whole lot) and put into the oven at 210 for 20 minutes. They were the hugest, nicest yorkshires I have ever had and they worked out at 1 WW points each (used the recipe builder on the WW site). Just goes to show that you don't have to do them in loads of oil which you have heated up in the oven first....
I also made a batch of fairy cakes to take round to a friends tonight and didn't eat any! (that is a first for me). I had 5 brazil nuts instead, which I know are fattening, but they are really good for you.
Hope you all had a good evening. Purpleivy - I LOVE Simnel cake! ( mind you I love all cake, hence I have a backside which looks like the back end of a car with the doors open):oJane

Good Morning all:hello:
I had a bad day food wise yesterday - its 'that time of the month' and lets just say Ben and Jerry's was heavily involved and leave it at that. I am making up for it today. Just got up and had a glass of squash and I'm going for a run in about 20 mins. My food plan for the day then is as follows:
B- post run treat of french toast (two eggs, bit of milk, two slices bread, lots of sugar!)
L- HM slow cooked root vegetable soup (a Delia recipe- v.nice)
D - Roast chicken, carrots, leeks, parsnips and mash
I normally have pudding on a Sunday but after yesterday I don't think I will!:o0 -
A little later than promised, my adapted cereal bar recipe:
405g tin of low fat condensed milk
250g oats
75g dessicated coconut
100g plain choc chips (could use dried fruit to be more well behaved)
150g mixed seeds
100g flaked almonds (or any other nut you may like to use)
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Warm the condensed milk and add to the dry mix. Spread the mixture in a greased tin and press down - this is a sticky job! Bake in a preheated oven at 130 C/gas mark 1/2 for 1 hour until just starting to turn golden (keep you eye on them towards the end). Cut into as many pieces as you like - calorie values per slice are as follows:
16 pcs - 279kcal
24pcs - 186 kcal
32 pcs - 139 kcal
They keep all week easily in an airtight container, and would probably keep longer but they never last that long in my house!0 -

HI guys, remember me?Can I come back , please?:D
Have been reading how you are all getting on , but not posting out of total embarrassment at the fact that I have failed again, big time. I'm NOT looking for sympathy and looking for attention. HONESTLY. I hate admitting to you all that I'm back to square one, but there's little point in lying is there? :rolleyes:
Special Hellos to Tappy, MrsM and Mean Marie :hello:
I have 18 weeks as from tomorrow before I start my new job. Do ya think I could loose 9 st by then?
As I'm only 6" big I worked out my BMI and it's 934. That's bad isn't it? My poor little old heart
I 've just had my 35th Birthday and it made me realise I've had an "issue" for 20 years! Yep, 20 years! I'm SO gonna sort this out as I need to grow up and pack in all this sillyness and pull me self together.
In Feb/Mar I lost over 2 stone. THen in the last month I have actually put it all back on , plus 2 lb. I think I'm gonna kill me self soon if I keep doing that as my poor little old heart will give up. I can really notice it when I walk up the stairs as I get so puffed.
I also know the summer is comming and am already depressed as I have only got ONE jumper that fits. people keep saying "aren't you hot , frogga?" and I say " oh, no I am cold blooded you know" but underneath I'm dying in the heat!!! I bought 4 new tops from Peacocks and they looked like TENTS , but they didn't fit :eek: I nearly died!!! They were XXL !!!!
My eating lately has been sweets, bread, some more sweets, cereal, sweets, chocolate, sweets and a few sweets. :EasterBun Oh, and the other day I ate a banannaHaven't eaten anything green for about 4 weeks ( except fizzy apple sweets
)
SO, can I come back on board? I've missed you all. Gonna have one more day to eat up my last packet of sweets and then that's it. AS from tomorrow I'm back on the wagon. Absolutly no question. No more messing about. That's it, new me on the way!;)
