    Morning everyone,
I'm feeling great today and even slimmer than yesterday so thats good.
    I just woke up happier:confused:
    Anyway todays food
    B- Banana smoothie
L ham roll fruit and yoghurt
    D shepherds pie and veg
Pub - couple of gin and slimlines;) :p:o
Now I'm changing my weigh in routine, my friend has a super douper all singing all dancing set of scales and a new bathroom with level tiled floors to put them on, so I'm going to go round on a Thursday evening and get weighed before we go out for a long walk and a natter (i'm even printing out Membership/ weight record booklets ala WW/SW/RC  ) So I'm not sure how this will effect my bank hol challange but I'm trusting these scales more than mine:cool: We may even pay in £5 pw and treat ourselves to a spa day when we have enough.

I hope everyone else that was feeling down has turned the corner, have a great day girls x

Hya Folks...sorry I haven't dropped in for a few days, I have had a busy few days...and I find I don't get much done once I log on here!!!!

Well done to all the losers :T...I am in awe...

One day I will get my act together...must get some exercise done regularly, I know that helps greatly with the weight loss.

WI last Friday...stayed the same...not too bad as it is TOTM...so should lose some next WI...I hope!

This weekend DH and I emptied our old shed on Saturday ... I managed to reorganized my potting shed to accommodate some of the shelving units...looks sooo organized now! We now have a chest of drawers in the greenhouse...not too good for it, but hopefully we will get the new shed (my office!) up soon, so it will go in there.

On Sunday we took the old shed apart, DH put it on Freecycle yesterday lunchtime, and it was collected last night...very efficient! This shed (8' x 6') is the one we inherited when we moved here 12 years ago. We are replacing it with a bigger (10' x 8') and much better shed from our neighbours across the road..the boys moved it to our garden the weekend before last. This is all very MSE...the "new" shed has cost us nothing so far (we will have to sort out support for the base...hopefully slabs off Freecycle!), though I have promised to give our neighbours free design and planting advice for their new garden...a fair exchange!

I have an A0 drawing board (again Freecycle) waiting to go into my office...there will be wonderful garden designs coming out of this office in a few weeks time...hopefully. Much better working conditions than our cramped dining/computer room of a conservatory! It also gets me far away from the kitchen...I find I keep wandering into the kitchen when inspiration is lacking. I will have to walk the 100 feet back the house, so I will have time to tell myself that I don't need to nibble/much on anything!!!!

Now off to sow some more seeds...the conservatory is also our propagation unit..so there are lots of pot everywhere! There will come a time when we can't eat off the table, soo many seedlings! This is why I leave much of my seed sowing until later, so we don''t have too many plant lurking for too long!...at least that is my reasoning for being late in getting started!

    Now, food today:

B - HM Museli, soya milk + OJ
L - Poached egg on toast
T - HM stew (sc), pot + veg.

BM broke last week (the pan fell onto the floor and is now wonky so won't fit inside the main body of machine! Emailed manufacturers about a replacement...no reply yet), so I am making bread by hand...great fun...I really enjoy it...have some proving now...will knead it @ lunchtime, then get it cooked before going to work this evening....yummmy!

    Have a great day everyone

    M

    Morning all,

Trying to declutter the pigsty I live in...haven't been taking advice to do one area at a time, my bedroom is a disaster area as have been taking stuff out of there over last couple of days, some for dumping, recycling and some for relocation elsewhere...at least it keeps me moving!

Today I had beans on toast and coffee for breakfast...really enjoyed it as haven't had baked beans for a long time. Lunch will be soup...maybe 2 bowls and some fruit, and dinner is pasta with bacon and mushroom...hopefully will just stick to that and couple of litres of water and couple of apples.

    Good luck all

    HI all

Back from Yorkshire, the illusion bubble burst, I weigh 14 stones not 13 something, !!!!!! and hell! I weighed myself on a set of real precision scales at my husband's cousin's house and those scales don't lie!

I ate and ate during the weekend, loads of bread and butter, eggs fried in real oil, and chocolate and pudding. What the heck.

Started on the straight and narrow today again. Here is my day so far and plan for dinner:

Breakfast: boiled brown rice with 1 tbsp oil and splash of soy sauce.

Lunch: pasta with broccoli, no oil, 1 tbsp grated parmesan and chopped chilli. ! apple.

Planned snack: grapes and activia yogurt (not low fat but I could not find any low fat yogurt today that was free of aspartame, so will go with the fatter one and eat a bit less, one tub instead of two!).

Planned dinner: Asparagus frittata (done with frylight), SW oven chips, peas and steamed greens, fruit.

Wish me luck in picking up the pieces, please!

    Caterina
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

*waving at Caterina* Good luck, sure you can get back on track again

Well....................I'm chewing, I think thats the best I can say about my dieting at the minute. Trying to do that chewing thing, can very rarely manage 32 chews but it does make you concious of what is going in your gob if nothing else. Trying to get back into the groove - I haven't cooked for ages and consequently am eating junk. Again. But have meal planned the rest of the week and so hopefully that should keep me on the straight and narrow - although to be honest I am starting to despair a bit. No one but me has control over what goes in my mouth, why do I keep choosing to eat all the 'wrong' things to excess?

Weigh day tomorrow, no chance of any weight loss, hoping there won't be too much weight gain, have a great evening everyone xx
