Things went a bit pear-shaped today as I was up with the baby so much last night. Tiredness causes massive sugar cravings in me + i was hungry all day.
oh well.
also ran out of my anti-depressants and have to wait ubtil tomorrow before i can get any: not good.
on the plus side, the size 16 trousers that i bought last week and that were tight last week are now falling down!!! Not a good financial investment (especially as i bought them in Next for £20!) but I'm chuffed to bits.
A bit down-hearted to see that according to the Healthy Weight charts I need to lose another 34lbs before I'm in the middle of the healthy range - doesn't seem possible."Finish each day And be done with it.

Hi everyone,
i`ve been really good today and stuck to my meal plan, the only thing i changed was the late night snack of tuna on toast which i swapped for a glass of lager
However i didn`t eat anything else - no crisps or choccie which is a first for me so hopefully i`m starting to get in the swing of things and diet properly.we went for our usual run into Derbyshire. We've been really lucky as the only time it rained we were in the garden centre at Matlock
Ooh Rockie that brought back memories, i haven`t been there since my hen party 14 years ago, might have to go back for a visit in the summer.
Good luck everyone.

Morning all,
mhe - holding my breath for your weigh in. You must be so excited. :j
pebbles - If you haven't already sown them, just pop each one in a pot of compost (or loo roll core) on its side and cover lightly. They are amazingly easy to grow and the seedlings are huge fat leaves when they come up, more like plants. You'll love them.
I think HM cucumbers taste 100% better than shop bought and grow a mile a minute once the fruits are on. Lots of lovely free salad.
I've one tiny little chilli pepper seedling just beginning to pop through so I've put a plastic hat on it so the sun helps it today. So excited. :T
Right, back to topic....
Had a good days eating yesterday. Didn't munch on anything I shouldn't have.Feel so relaxed now everyones back home. I'm a born worrier  but I also missed them even tho they all drive me round the bend some days.
Food today:
Boiled duck egg with wml fingers (yesterdays was really lovely  )
Sweet potato filled with cheese, bacon, onion etc, apple coleslaw and salad
Readybrek
Snacks - oranges, prunes in apple juice, pears
Mum's coming up for the day so I've had to switch my meals accordingly. She wouldn't eat Readybrek for her brekkies but she'll happily eat a duck egg.I don't mind cereal in the evening. Will join DH who always has his cornflakes then.
npsmama - maybe you need to be in the upper range to be your ideal healthy weight. Sometimes we look at it and think we should be in the middle or lower but its all a healthy range, everyones different. Sounds like you're doing really well and not far off your healthy weight.
Well my HM soup is bubbling away nicely...I can smell the celeriac in it, yummy. Best go wake DS2 up so or he'll never get any work done today. Then I'm going to have another cuppa before loading the WM again.
Hope all the weigh ins go well for those jumping on the scales today. Catch you later.
Hmmmm just remembered... lavendar cheese, now that sounds very different. Must check out the cheese stalls when I go to the farmers market next month.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250

hopefully another good day ahead.
brekky was 2 x shredded wheat
lunch will be a filled pitta bread again (got 12 to get through..lol)
