I didn't just walk past the lemon cake that was STILL on the table when I got in from chorus. I get reallly P*****d off, when I go out to chorus on a Thursday, the dishes are always there still! I get home after 10.30.

    Morning all :D

1lb loss to report this morning..which im thrilled with -after the weekends carb munchy session :o and the lack of exercise... i really need to get my bum back into gear... So starting with a clean sheet this week ;)

Have 2.5lbs to shift for the may day challenge.... then i will sneak under 15st..to become a 14st something person :j

Fingers crossed for anyone else weighing in today :D

    meals today:-
    • brekkie - think i will have weetabix
    • lunch- sweet potato slices roasted in the oven with a bit of smoked mackrel
    • dinner - salad with feta and hm coleslaw and will doe some potatoes with hubbies
    • snackies..yoghurt, fruit, or SR jellies mmmmmm
My mum has just posted me some sugarfree jellies..I can only get strawberry out here..and its my least fave..so i have raspberry and orange ones coming :j ......

I think im going to sit an plan all my meals for the week... no excuse for "just grabbing something" then ;)

Well hubby came home yesterday with the most beautiful bunch of roses in a really deep crushed raspberry colour.... they are lovely..apparently he just felt like getting them :D ...they have given a real burst of colour to the room. oh and he handed me €30 -my share of what he won on the bandit :D ... me thinks that will be used to buy garden supplies shhhhh ;)

Going to get some more planting up done today... all excited this morning as i even have swiss chard coming up in the tub in the window :j never grown this before so won't count my chickens until im harvesting it ;) ...and the 2nd lot of beans/peas are on their way through too..the borlotti beans are brilliant...deffinitely worth doing if you aren't that green fingered.. they go loopy like magic beans :p and the tomato seeds i nabbed out of some lovely plum tomatoes i had in the fridge are coming through -they have only been planted 4 days  .... But so far any peppers i have set are playing silly devils  ..but they will give in ;)

Taplady.... battenberg  -that used to be one of my faves.... I loved marzipan mmmmmmmm

Meanmarie.... that pasta sounds lovely... i have some spinach in the freezer....plenty of pine nuts and semolina flour in the cupboard - so i think i might have to get some marscapone when i shop next.... i love pasta...

Queenpig... I got my last 2 lots of spec of the internet.... mainly because if i take my glasses off to try new frames on i can't see the bl**dy frames :rotfl:
everything is in fuzzy focus without my goggles on :p .... i can do close up work n reading but can't see faces n things :o . I only paid £20 a pair for norml or sunglasses and with how often i have to change my prescription thats enough to be paying ;)

well i had better get off and work out my meal plan.... renewed enthusiasm and focus is needed ;)

Right - have a great day everyone... and keep up the good work :D

  • morning all

well done mrsm :T :T you continue to be an inspiration to us all! you lose every week - how do you do it?! ;)

i'm off doing my first round of wedding dress shopping today :D it might seem a bit early but i've discovered that virtually everything else depends upon the dress (what sort of bouquet, hairstyles, etc) and i have no idea what will suit me (i don't DO dresses....!) i thought i'd better at least get an idea of what looks nice and what shapes i like. altho i'm bigger than i intend to be, i'm still the same shape - i'm quite lucky in that i'm an hourglass (albeit a fat one :rotfl: ) so hopefully the same styles will look good now and WHEN (not if!) i'm slim! thats the theory at least

have to say i'm terrified that i'm going to silly in everything and then i will cry like a baby :o - yes i am that sad. i've been awake half the night worrying about it, god knows what i will be like the night before the wedding.....

    anyway ramble over
    food today-
    b: cornflakes
l: dont know, i think we are going for a pub lunch in the midst of the dress hunt
    d: potato salad
s: my dad popped round with custard tarts yesterday, OH has eaten his and mine is calling me....:o

oh well hopefuly i will burn off the extra cals with all the dress trying-on!

have good day everyone, fingers Xed for all those with WI.

nice to see Frogga here if only briefly!:T

MRSM - well done on the 1lb loss!:T :T :T you deserve those roses for being so consistent with the weight loss - what a lovely thought from your DH!:kisses3:
    Your lunch sounds really yummy!

Back to it today, got a long shift at work to get through before having a 3 day weekend off!

    Food plans

    B - muesli

L - havent a clue yet

D - Tuna pasta bake on the menu at work - I'll be cooking it so need to find a good lowfat recipe.

    snacks lowfat yoghurt and fruit.

The only downside is we are taking some of the service users to a birthday party this evening so I dare say there will be a buffet:eek: only hope I can resist the naughties!:D

Hope you all have a good day - good luck to anyone else weighing in today!
    Do what you love :happyhear

    Hello everyone

Well done and keep at it :) Yesterday I went for a walk at lunchtime (4k) and a run after work 8k as well as quite a bit of cycling around as I had to deliver and collect a few things for work. I also had only 1pint and a gin and slimline in the pub.

Today I'm going to fit in a lunchtime walk but I'm going in the car to Wales to visit my family so no further good things planned exercise wise but because I will be in the car I will not be in the pub.

I weighed this morning after a few days not doing so and 61.7 hooray.

    Have a good day
