Hey Gang...might be losing a bit extra today--tum feels decidedly jip:o & probably cuz I had a bitty, picky day yesterday:(
I do my wedges 'raw', as in scrub the spuds like you would to bake, then cut into wedges. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet, spray with oil & sprinkle on any herbs &/or other seasonings & wop it it the oven for about 40mins. I've found a spray thing that's being sold as an aid for dampening hair, 90p & a pretty purple fine steel, & put the olive oil in that:T to make my own version of FryLight. Previously I used a pastry brush to help cut down on the oil.
I'll have to have a go at using this thread as 'aversion therapy'---sounds like picturing you lot as a hoarde of pitch-fork weilding village folk protecting the 'spoils' might just be the answer:rotfl: I would be Frankenstein's Monster to your midnight rampage....ok, I'll go quietly officer.Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Afternoon,
Last night for tea I had, my chicken pasta bake, and it was delicious. As Ive said before, after my dinner I always crave something sweet, so, I had a mocca choca latte (think thats how its spelt), and it was delicious. I think it was about 90 calories, and that sorted my sweet craving, and I didnt have anything else last night. :A I was really pleased with myself.
I think thats something I will definetly need to try.
Today, I have been very good.
Breakfast: Cup of tea, crunchy nut cornflakes with s/s milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 4 crisp breads with a laughing cow light triangle, mullerlight yogurt and a large cup of coffee.
Dinner: Vegetable Curry with pitta bread (Yum yum and home made of course).
I dont think I will weigh myself tomorrow because I dont think I will have lost anything. I will wait and see how I feel.
CATERINA, please please please if you have any italian recipes could you please pass them my way if you dont mind. I absolutely adore italian food.
Congratulations to everyone who has lost, and chin up to those who havent.
