I confess - I have sinned!
Last night while watching the very boring football with BF and his mate I caved in and had two big handfuls of Maltesers from a family sized bag and a pack of Hula Hoops (grab bag size, so big!).
Sorry!!!!
I did have a nice tea though - 2 quorn sausages, 2 waffles and beans - sometimes you just fancy easy comfy stodge and it just did the trick - didn't need the choc and crisps but scoffed it anyway:o
Anyway, today may be better.....
B- special K bar
L - tiny piece of quiche, HM potato salad (low fat/cal mayo etc), banana
D - not sure yet, may be pasta of some kind as I haven;'t had any for ages
S - low fat crisps
Have a good day everyone!0 -

Morning all
Just back from a tootle to the garden centre.... why oh why did they have to stick me in a house just up the road from a garden centre.... Im doing fine on the grocery challenge but its a bloomin good job there isn't a gardening centre challenge ... i would be failing miserably
..... mind im only growing stuff we can eat -eventually.... now there is a surprise :rotfl: .
Anyway it was about an hours walking all in all so at least its something
Haven't got around to brekkie yet... but may have weetabix for lunch again... i really enjoyed them yesterday....
dinner tonight....well, i have taken some minced beef out of the freezer so im going to make some kind of meatballs, and have taken 3 balls of tortilla dough out too, and we can have them with salad and the other half of the hm coleslaw from last night... its slightly different as i added a whole yellow pepper sliced up too nomnomnom
Have a bowl of dough rising at the moment as hubby used the last, last night.... tomorrow im going to make myself another loaf of the one with spelt flour and granary in mmmmmmmm must ration myself though as it was addictive last time i made itslice n freeze, slice n freeze...must convince myself
oooh last night for supper i took a slice of that bread i made with sultanas and shredded coconut in out of the freezer and toasted it with a scraping of seedless raspberry jam .....oh my oh my -nomnomnom doesn't quite cover it.... the strange thing is i have never been a fan of jam.. or toasted teacakes etc...so god know what is happening
well done on the losses ladies.... :T taplady
Cheerfulness.... can't think why you would look at crackers and think of us lot :rotfl:
Have nothing much planned for today.... well apart from a bit more setting of seeds and potting up....i am turning into my mother :rotfl: ..... i was scooting round the garden last night tucking everything up... pegging down fleece, moving into sheltered spots -the works..oh not to mention brining the troughs of peas back into the house ..anyone would think they were children i was looking after :rotfl: ..still -they had better reward me well with lots of goodies in return
well i had better make a move..have a great day everyone..and hello to everyone..hope you are back to 100% now newlywed-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Wot's SW wedges?
Slimming World Chips or wedges - cut spud into chips/wedges, parboil or microwave, spray with frylight and bake in a hot oven 15-20 mins until golden. Taste as good as chips!
Had an ok night last night, probably because I was asleep in the chair for most of it!
WI tonight  Brekkie today was soaked oats, yoghurt and fruit, lunch is salad with a rice salad. Tea will probably be quorn fillets and rice, need something quick as I need to take OH to work so I can have the car to go food shopping, only drawback is I have to go out to pick him up at 10pm

Morning all. COnfession time? Had some parkin with custard last night that I hadn't planned. Parkin turned out rather dry and crumbly, even after leaving it for a few days, so have cut into 4 and frozen the other three pieces. The family enjoyed it too. I'm a silly moo really, I didn't have it after dinner, should have put it out of the way, but decided to eat it later on just bcause it was there.
Today, have had an orange and usual porridge for breakfast...oatbran and agave syrup almost out though!
Lunch will be.. should be salad, as otherwise it will be there at the end of the week.
Dinner says fishcakes. We'll see. There's quite a bit of bread lurking, so might do nut loaf instead."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Morning everyone!
Did as planned yesterday - mushroom ommellette and beans (OH's speciality) and skipped the toast as i'd munched low fat crisps at work.
Today:
B: Rice Krispies, semi skimmed
L: noodles, veg, orangesalmon steak and pesto pasta

I guess similar to my wedges then, except I cook from raw in combi programme or reg oven. Slosh of olive oil and seasoned. Maybe my 'slosh' of oil is bigger LOL!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Hello everyone
Hope you are all doing well. I've only skim read today as I've got loads to do, it's nice to see how much support there is on this thread though. I haven't weighed in either because I wasn't at home. However I did have a half and 2 gin and slimlines last night instead of 3 pints (usual when I go out) as well as just normal meals. That should have halved my alcohol calorie bill (though none would obviously have been even better). Today I'm hoping to find time to swim as well.
Keep up the good work
