    Hi all,

Good to see frogga back even though briefly - put a smile on my face though to see her saying yuck ;)

MrsM - off on jollies - I wish - have been ill - stomach upset so not great :( Had a few bad days at work too and jobs are to be "redefined" or something

Foodwise - wasn't good on Sunday as I'd bought cakes and things on Friday after a bad day and felt better on Sunday so ate them :o

Having been ill though I have lost 2 lbs this week so need to update signature. I think another few lbs is all I will aim for - OH has started complaining again about the reduction in my womanly assets ;)

I just want to get into a size 12 though, rather than being stuck in between.

Been for a nice walk today in the sunshine and actually had a no spend day (at last)

I went out wiv me muvva yesterday.......

We went into a favourite charity shop to look for stuff for the offspring.......

I tried on three pairs of trousers.............

TWO pairs were too big:j :j :j & the other pair are Evans in a size smaller than my old uniform ones:T So I've reached my Bank Holiday target with four weeks to spare:p

Think I'll go for a size smaller nikkies as my target for then:oI could do with some new ones, so if I tell myself I've gotta lose the weight first it may help keep me focused.

    Good Luck to Us All!

Dunno to be honest - I get one of the round tubs and it roughly does two shepherds pie toppings for the 4 of us :D
Plus - it's a hellovalot lighter to carry back from the supermarket than spuds!!! ;)
