Morning all,
Couldn't sleep since 4am so thought I'd get up rathr than keep waking OH. Looks like its just me and the birds twittering outside up at this time.
Felt ropey yesterday but all better today so planning to try and get my body moving and plenty of exercise cleaning up today.
Cranky - I love doughnuts, too. Yum! Any kind, anywhere.
Glad the weather is lovely in Spain Rose Wood, I'm hoping that means it will be lovely in Portugal where DS1 and my parents are. Think they needed a touch of sunshine to pick them all up.
Toniwoty - my OH does my toenails for me, too. It started years ago when I was in hospital for months when pregnant with DS1 and I couldn't reach my toes. He used to cheer me up by doing them.Somehow we just carried it on.
Need to sort my freezers out today so I can work the meals out for this week. Its much easier when there's just the 3 of us and DS2 is out to tea tonight. :T
Food today:
Readybrek
HM Pea & ham soup
Foil baked salmon with steamed veg
Snacks - apples, mandarins and maybe a couple of crackers and brie
Right, must get washer on, BM on and then make a cup of tea.Shall have to see if we get the promised snow like the rest of you. We had a little snow shower but nothing set but it was pretty...like being in a snow dome.
All the best for your weigh ins this week.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £58.95/ £250

hello!
Yesterday wasn't too bad (apart from a slice of the giant jaffa cake I made)- the rest was HM soup, HM quiche and new pots.
Today is a strange one - I have customers in at work so I'll have to eat with them - we have a buffet type thing at lunchtime and I usually have to take them out in teh evening for dinner - really don't want to tonight though, I'm really tired- didn't sleep well at all last night and I'm just not in a very good mood IYKWIM.
Anyway, no point moaning about it - just will tomorrow on instead!
have a good day!0 -
Morning all and heres to a good week for all
I already know today will be good because I have prepared everything in advance so I have no excuse to eat rubbish!
B: Porridge made with skimmed milk and chopped apple
L: HM vegetable and barley soupHM Quorn cottage pie with sweet potato mash top with carrots, green beans and broccoli
Snacks: I have plums and satsumas with me and might have a small skinny cappuccino later if I feel like it.
I have decided to go back to only drinking skimmed milk as semi seems like wasted calories and I can't really tell the difference in porridge or tea0 -
Hi all,

Have a good day ladies xx0 -
Hi all, sat here eating porridge in my jammies - will you look at the time!! In my defence even though I am on holiday today I got out of bed and took a work call early doors and haven't stopped since - think they're gonna owe me a half day to cover it.
Tea will be roast sausages and veggies and hopefully nothing else, I have been a bit naughty (again!) over the weekend. But am also throwing up quite a lot (anxiety) so in a very very wrong way it might balance itself out . Tried to drink half a bottle of red wine last night but ended up chucking it up,not because was tiddly, my body really didn't want it inside me I guess.

Hi guys,
I have totally & utterly screwed up so need some support!
I have stupidly allowed myself to fall into the pattern that has killed all my other diets, namely starving all day on fruit & yoghurt and then being so hungry in the evening that I lose control. I have fallen into this pattern all week & surprise, surprise - I've lost absolutely nothing!!!
Have had a long think & totally refocussed. Need to go back to sensible healthy meals that leave me in control & able to enjoy a little treat without going mad.
So heres to a fresh start!
Food today:
B. - shredded wheat & semi skimmed
L. - 2 boiled eggs on 2 slices of toast
D. - jacket potato with beans or tuna
Thats much more sensible! This approach really does work, I think I just lost my focus for a few days
*deep breath* wish me luck in getting back on track:eek: Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0
