Well done floyd - keep it up. :T :T
Still waiting for OH to get in from work and he phoned earlier to say that he won't be having Monday off as things are such a rush.Hopefully he'll be getting next Friday off so that we can have a long weekend. DS2 will be a bit disappointed, as am I.
Turkey stew in the oven and bubbling away, just finished another scrapbook page but now I've gone and jammed the dvd player. How annoying. Will have a bash at sorting it out and then call DS2 when I have to accept defeat....we've been through all this before.

Hi all,
Well done on loss Floyd and hope all of you are fine!
Jane I have the beetroot scares on a regular basis, I understand how you feel and I am also very much a hypochondriac, I am forever scaring myself half to death looking up symptoms on the internet and then convincing myself that I am at death's door! Crazy or what!
Anyway, I am being good re. food but a bit slack on the water and exercise front, does IRONING count as exercise, as I am going to do a whole big pile of it later! If I start drinking a glass of water per hour from now I should make more or less the 2 lt. mark by night, including a couple of cups of ligth or herbal tea.
Breakfast: 1 small slice w/m bread topped with fried egg, tomato and mushroom with garlic, all fried in frylight, 1 orange.
Lunch: 1 small slice w/m bread topped with 1 oz smoked salmon, very low fat cottage cheese, rocket leaves and ground pepper, 1 bunch of black grapes, 1 organic low fat peach yoghurt.
Snack: Large bunch of black grapes
Dinner: 4 oz smoked haddock with watercress and dill sauce (Made up with soya milk and 1 tsp cornflour, peas, mashed swede and potatoes, 1 apple with 1 oz cheddar cheese.
Before bed snack: Low fat fruit yoghurt
Just as well I eat quite light (only had 4 syns!) as tomorrow at midday I am invited by a friend to have a slice of her special Spring Cake (sounds great, with marzipan and little choc eggs on top! I am going to have just a little slice but cannot even think of what the syn value is!) and then having dinner with my knitting group, but this should not be very damaging as it is in a Sushi bar and I shall be on a gree day (all my days are green days!). So tomorrow is my planned flexi day and then back into the swing of SW things!
Good night!
CaterinaFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

I got them for DD2 but the bag was huge (100g) and I must have had over half:o Serves me right though because when I went to the loo last night my wee wee and stools were red and I nearly fainted with shock! I was so worried until I googled it (told you I am the worlds biggest hypochondriac) in the early hours and found that beetroot makes your urine and stools red! Please be nice to all moneysavers!

Hi All,
Well done Cheerfulness and Floyd on the weight losses.
It's been a day out of routine today so very little exercise and not so good foodwise. Never mind, I shall just start again tomorrow. We went in Gibratar today for lunch and also collected 3 carrier bags full of books from Freecycle (they have it out here too). I've found at least 3 dozen I want to read and shall pass the rest on to a charity.
B: Muesli etc. Fruit juice
L: Potato skins with garlic dip. OH and I shared an enormous plateful and were both full. Very good value for £2.25. Coke. Milky bar2 crackers with cheese. Raspberry yoghurt.
