    Hi All,

Well done Mrs M and Mr and Mrs C on your weight losses. Never mind Saversarn about your gain - I am sure it will result in a big loss next time instead. I had my weigh in this morning and I think I have lost a lb. It is really hard to tell with the scales set in kg as the divisions between the kg marks are very small but I think I am 68.5kg which is 10 stone 11lbs. I was hoping for a bit more off with all the extra walking I've been doing but maybe it's muscle. I have lost at least an inch off my hips this week which is good news, although its my stomach that is the main problem.

I have already done 2,000 steps worth of exercise this morning before we've even had our walk. I was up and dressed quite early this morning so went off round the park and some of the streets nearby after I'd taken the rubbish today whilst OH was in the shower.

We are doing our supermarket shopping later rather than tomorrow as we have planned lunch out as a treat tomorrow. It looks like it is going to be another hot day so we want to get it done fairly soon and then enjoy the sun on the patio for the afternoon. We will have our beach walk later when it cools down a bit. It's forecast for 23C today and up to 25C on Sunday so I may be braving the waves again for a swim.

B: Fruit and fibre with muesli, raisins and skimmed milk
L: Mushroom soup with piece of bread. Banana
D: Not sure yet, depends on what bargains we find in Lidl. Raspberry yoghurt to follow though as I am really enjoying this at the moment.
    S: Orange

Hope everyone has a great day.

Wow!! You are all doing amazingly.

I haven't been able to weigh this morning as I stayed over with BF and they don't have any scales in their house. Hopefully leaving it another day might mean the answer is more favourable anyway (well here's hoping). I was good on what I ate yesterday but I did have 2 and a half pints and I didn't go climbing like I had originally planned. I don't think climbing is a high calorie intensity activity anyway but it was still activity that I missed out on. So I think my calorie burn from exercise may only have been 400 yesterday. Ahh well. Will try and do better today.

    Morning folks :hello:

Well done MrsM and the other losers :j :T :j :T

Brekkie this morning was soaked oats with yoghurt and berries, I've just had a nana and lunch is pasta salad. I read the recipe for my raffle prize and decided it was more of a side salad so might have it tonight with my portabello mushrooms which I must use up tonight.
OH is working all weekend so I plan to get on with the decorating:eek: (that should keep me out of the kitchen) and I NEED to clean the house.......

I'm off for a swim at lunch and apart from Wednesday I've done between 10,000 and and 13,000 steps a day, no dance classes at the moment as it's still the Easter vacation.

    See you later girls :A

Well done Mrs Mcawber and Mrs Cupier on your losses! Wish I could say I'd lost this week, but I haven't. I do sabotage my efforts - this week I've eaten my way through a bag of chocolate mini treats left over from school last week, so can't expect to see the scales go down can I? Still, they're gone and I won't be buying any more until the end of next term so may do better for a bit now! Shreddies and toast for breakfast, bacon omelette and sald for lunch, chicken and mushroom pie for supper. Just need to watch my portion sizes - that's always my weak spot!

Another 1lb off this week for me. Sorry I haven't posted every day, but with a 3 year old that isn't sleeping very well, dh away at sea, and working 3 days a week, by the time I get on the puta of an evening I've been lucky if I can see straight!

    Todays menu is -
    B : muesli and yogurt
    L : bacon rolls
D : HM quiche with SW chips and salad

I've just had a creme egg with a cup of coffee too. It's been sat on the sideboard since easter and I haven't fancied it before.

Well done those who have lost, and for those that haven't, stick at it, you'll get there in the end.

Well what a lot of people to congratulate this morning!:D What a lovely start to the day. Soooo....

Congratulations to Rockie on your amazing 4 1/2lbs :j , Caterina on that 1/2 a stone :T :T , Mr & Mrscupier on hitting targets :D and of course MRSMC on being the girl- least- likely- to- fail. ;) Great loss again.

To anyone else that the scales were playing 'beggars' with... it'll all come good next week. ;)

Marie - your food always sounds lovely and I was thinking too what a great days eating you had yesterday. Good for you! :T

Irishmummy - I reckon you can get a pretty good workout on that Wii Sports. I'm bushed after I've taken the kids on at tennis.

mhe - I was toying with the idea of going to Liverpool with him but I'm not sure my knees would cope with the walking around after the long journey. I might have to sit this one out this time but I'm determined to travel with him other times like I used to before we had the kids.

    Food today:
    Slept through brekkies :o
Brunch will be Boiled egg and HM seedy fingers
Jacket potato with cauli/broc in cheese and bacon sauce

Food is a bit messy today as we're supposed to be having tea at mum and dads when we drop DS1 off (they're flying out in the early hours) and they've said we're having takeaway. Don't fancy fish and chips so I'll have my jacket early.

Purpleivy - I didn't think to bulk cook my chickpeas and freeze them. What an idiot I am! It would have saved so much on fuel. I do it with other beans etc too.
I've got d&dd's pepper version too somewhere. Must search it out cos it sounded lovely.

Think I'll have a quick check on DS2 and make sure he's working hard before I toddle round the garden. :D
Feeling really excited because as I drew the curtains this morning all my seed trays leapt up and yelled 'surprise' and were full of little seedlings! :j :j
Every year they do this to me, sit there dormant pretending I'm a failed gardener and then just when I least expect it they all jump up at once. I LOVE GARDENING! :D :T

Wooahhh there, cranky sneaks in with another loss while my backs turned..can't miss you out. Well done CRANKY :T :T

Well bloomin nora you lot, some absolutely wonderful losses there :T have a HOOG round of applause from me. Didn't do too well last night - got home and CRAVED cheese so had a cheese sarnie then at 10pm DS was pecksih so he had beans on toast and I had cheese on toast! Bad Nixy :o

But hitting the weekend in a very positive way - planning to strip my hallway OR clear the garden OR start my Ebay challenge - but either way I will be physically active and on the move.

Also..............last night thought g'wan, yu've been good girl, have a voddie and diet tonic - so poured myself one and I couldn't drink it! It made me feel sick! Whats that about? I love me booze I do, I can't be doing with that! Normally I drink red wine but am trying to knock that on the head because of the calorie count.............I think I'm just going to have to try a bit harder tonight :D

Have a great day everyone xx

I'm doing soooo badly at the moment, but I think I will make some of this for lunch with lots of veggies.

Glad to hear so many of you are doing so well. I WAS doing sooo well, under control etc before Easter, still can't get that feeling back somehow!
