Last night I stuck to plan, except a packet of low fat crisps got nibbled on. And a pear.

    Today:
    B: Sugarpuffs, semi skimmed
S: passionfruit and mango smoothie (coffee shop meeting)
L: low fat cuppasoup, 2 pears, orange, pack of low fat crisps (was planning on going out for lunch - this is all I have at work!)
    D: OH's HM spag bol

    xx

Ended up going out for lunch with work - had a roasted veg and humous baguette, with a little bit of salad and a diet coke. Very proud of myself! x

    Hi guys,

I haven't been posting the last few days as have been very busy.

Have got over the 2lb gain this week & am attacking it with renewed enthusiasm. Trying to get 2lb off again, plus an extra one to give me a 1 & half stone total loss :D

Only bad thing is that I look like such a tramp at the moment. All my size 18 clothes are too big :j but I can't get into my size 16's yet  . Everything I wear looks so messy, particularly trousers which are baggy and sag around the groin  . Can finally get my sz 16 trousers on but cannot do them up :rotfl: . Another 7lb loss should hopefully do it. The stage after will be easier as my mum is a sz 14 & I can borrow her clothes.

    Food today:

    B. - apple

    L. - slimfast shake

    D. - experimental dinner: chicken, leek, asparagus, spinach & mushrooms in creamy mushroom sauce with jacket potatoes. Hopefully very nom nom!!!

Am watching last nights apprentice with mum tonight (too busy yesterday) so might have a glass of something tonight.

On the pesto debate I love it, so tasty with chicken. Smear a chicken breast with pesto, cover in crushed cornflakes & bake for 30mins. Makes such a naughty tasting meal, especially when served with SW chips.

    Have a good day all!
    Total debt £21,000

So the greengrocer didn't have any blood oranges so I got navel oranges. Nice, but not the same :(

I also bought some hummous - keep meaning to make it and even have a tin of chickpeas in the cupboard, but just fancied the olive hummous in MrT and as I've been ill thought I'd treat myself. That will be my lunch tomorrow, maybe with beetroot too - since it's been unopened in the fridge about 2 months! ;)

Also bought a finest salmon and dill mayo sarnie. It was nice though and i'm feeling better now I've eaten summat!

Walked all the way to the shops and back though.

    - I like pesto with tuna mayo - just a teaspoon of pesto perks it up ;)

Have never heard of olive hummous -I love olives so that will have to be another one to try out. :)

Just had my prawn omelette and couldn't eat another thing today. Mind, we've just heard from the garage and know how much DS1's little blip is going to cost, so that's defo taken the appetite away. Phew, glad it's not my bill.
Still he wants to pay it rather than go through his ins so I guess at least he'll learn a thing or two from this.

OH has just called to to say that he has to go to Liverpool and work on Saturday. :( Pity as we were going out. Nevermind, they're paying him AND giving him one day off in the week, too, with pay. Might have next Friday and make it a long weekend. ;)

Going to whizz around and get a couple of jobs done before the lads get home.

Hope all those weighing in today and tomorrow are happy with those scales. ;)

    Sees you tomorrow.

Me either - seen the red pepper one before but not tried it, but this one is Hummous with olives and sun dried tomatoes. Mr T's.
it was with their salads and chilled dips.
