    Morning all :D

Well done Keiss and Mr Cupier :T :T and everyone else that has tried so hard this week whether the scales have shown it or not. ;)

I love the day that the clocks go forward. Longer evenings again. :j
The sun is shining lovely today so it makes you feel good to start your day.

    Food today:
    Readybrek
Not sure but probably boiled egg and HM seedy fingers
Roast lamb, roasties, brussels, kale, carrots, gravy and mint sauce

    Snacks - oranges/mandarins/apples

After seeing so many of you had lamb for dinner last Sunday I couldn't stop thinking about it so I've got a small piece for this week. I love lamb but do find it a very rich meat so don't often choose it.
Looking forward to it today, though.

Esthomizzy - just jump on those scales and get it over with. There's always that sense of relief that you've got it out of the way whatever it says. ;)

Mrs cupier - I'd be inclined to have the bread and jam for my breakfast. YUM apple and blackberry jam...one of my favourite combos. :D

Right, going to have a quick surf around before I have to get my skates on as we have friends due at 10.

    Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

Must be summat doing the rounds cuz I feel like my innerds have been cryogenically treated:o I know it's me who is cold cuz other folk are comfortable, so just hope it goes soon.

On the up-side, I'm not particularly hungry either, but not a pleasant way to lose weight.

To all my fellow sufferers I wish you well, & to the healthy I wish you continued success with the weight-loss.......do you think our GPs would write a presciption to go stay with Rose:rolleyes:

    Hi All,

Another lovely day here. Glad the photos were appreciated. We live here from November to the end of April and in the UK from the beginning of May till the end of October. Hopeufully, the weather will be quite nice in the UK when we return.

I am just cooking the evening meal which we shall eat outside on the patio. We've had our afternoon walk (around 7,000 steps today) and sneaked in a stop at the Village bar for our regular coffee and Coke. It costs us €3.50 and we indulge around 3 times per week so not too extravagant.

I've had a really nice day, including listening to the Omnibus edition of the Archers (a Sunday treat), a long phone call from DD and a long MSN conversation with DS.

    B: Muesli etc, fruit juice.
L: 3 slices eggy bread. Raspberry yoghurt
D: Pork chop, cauliflower cheese and maybe a tiny spoonful of OH's sauteed potatoes and onions. Banana
    Snack: Coke, orange.

Have a good evening everyone. It seems quite quiet here today.

Oh, nearly forgot. My BMI has now dropped to 29.1 so finally under 30. Also all the walking seems to have got rid of nearly all the cellulite on my legs. Must be all the walking on the sand!! OH will definitely be getting persuaded out for even longer walks now.

    Hello everyone :)

I finally got on the scales. 63.5kilos a half kilo more than before the wedding :( and I was glad to take my jeans off when I got home because they were too tight!

On the plus side today I've been for a 9 or 10k run (didn't have a gps but I did an extra bit to my normal route which is 8 and a bit to buy some picture hooks). I from a running calorie calculator I estimate this at 512 calories for my weight so that's within my goal of 500 extra calories burned a day.

Yesterday I had 3 meals and no snacks (the meals were standard sized) and today so far I've had 2 meals and no snacks so I'm doing ok so far. Tonight I'm going round to my boyfriends house for dinner and will have to use a lot of willpower not to eat any chocolate or puddings (he has no concept of not eating whatever he wants).

Keep up the good work everyone!

    Hi Mrs M

I am interested to see you mention having yogurt for breakfast?

I would love to have that but I know I would be chewing my arm off by mid morning! Does it make you feel full??
