    Good morning everyone,

    Taplady :hello:
    mrs-mix :hello:

Should be busy today, Lo here this morning plus 3 bigger ones, should help us get through the next few weeks!!

Forgot to take the meat out the freezer for todays stew last night, so i have it defrosting in the microwave at the moment. Love making stew, so easy in my SC!!

Also need to get some bread cooking in the BM, WM already on, and should be able to hang it outside again, as its looking lovelyt out there again.

Nothing much else going on, hope everyone has a lovely day,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Hi all, fabulously sunny day here again today - such a treat - so WM is on, and I'll be putting the washing on the line later. Got to whizz around the house with the microfibre and vinegar this morning, then I want to get out into the garden later on and get some of the tangles sorted out.

We had a gorgeous corn fed chicken for dinner on Sunday so today I need to strip off all the remaining meat and pop the bones etc into the slow cooker for stock. I think I'll freeze the meat until next week so we can have fajitas, yum.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Hello Everyone,

I havent posted on the Daily for about a week or so. Even though ive been a member of MSE for a while, its just really now that im starting to find my way through the boards, and reading up on alot of stuff.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing fine. I havent read anyones post just yet, but, I will do.

Its a beautiful day here, but, frosty. Its been nice for the past couple of days, and I cant help but think if it were high summer, I would be in the garden with my shorts and tee shirt on (oh what a sight lol).

Going for phone docs for DS#2 results, we think he has a preanut allergy, so hopefully they will be in and we can either breath a sigh of relief or, start the ball rolling for making appointments at docs.

Not doing much today, except washing and of course reading through MSE, trying to catch up on the weight loss boards.

    Catch up soon.

    Jackie

PS Is it okay for newbies to join on the daily. Ive just realised i just kind of butted in, and im not sure if I should have waited to be invited!

Morning all......and a lovely one it is too...........(((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) if you need one.

Lovely sunny day, it was very cold last night, but the heating has switched itself off, so the apartment must have come up to temp.

Nothing really planned for today, OH is wittering about going for a walk....drives me dotty at times................I have to go with him in case he has a syncopy attack and passes out. I want to clean the house, guess its going to have to wait again...men can be so selfish at times.

Thankfully the symptoms of my cystitis seem to be subsiding, am halfway through the treatment............

Sausage and mash for supper, possibly creme caramel for dessert, I have some milk and eggs which need using up.
    Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.
  • Welcome jackie_w:D Just dive in, that's what all the rest of us have done;) If you waited for an invite, you'd take root where you were:rotfl: There's an open invite to everyone and anyone to join our growing band.:D :D

    Morning all!

I've got an unexpected day to myself :j , as DH has had to go to college today as LSA to our son-in-law because DD, who would normally go with him on a Tuesday, isn't well.

I haven't read the rest of the thread yet, and didn't get onto the computer
at all yesterday, so I hope everyone is reasonably okay - will catch up presently.

Plans for today (so far) are:

Go to doctor's to collect DH's prescription
Go to chemist to put his prescription in and collect my own meds
Go to baker's (near chemist, so that's ok)

    Hoover downstairs

Hoover bathroom if I can manage to carry the hoover up the stairs
    Do some dusting

Do a couple of loads of washing

Sort through some old paperwork and do some shredding!

Make sure I pace myself! I was helping look after boisterous DGS yesterday.

Tonight's dinner will be pasta with defrosted HM bolognaise.

Will read the rest of the thread now and catch up later.

Hope everyone has a good day!

    ivyleaf xx:wave:
