Hi to the new guys
I had a very bad valentines day - DH cooked dinner which was NOT slimming and I ate it all. I'd also been out at a meeting yesterday so ended up having a big lunch as well. And then DH bought me some chocolates (aah!) of which he had about 4, I dumped one and ate the other 13AT least I had made it to the gym even if it's only a small mitigation. Anyway today is a new day. Feeling a bit tired - slept badly last night, must have been all those chocolates - so hoping I can get back on the horse. Fingers crossed!

I wasn't so good yesterday either, it was ds's birthday , I had some cocktail sausages, egg sandwiches and some chocolate cake.
But today i am back to counting those points and am going to try and save some to make up for yesterdays mishap.I would like to be able to admire a man’s opinions as I would his dog - without being expected to take it home with me."

Oh, looks like I'm going to have to start loosing weight asap. Found out yesterday that there's a big family party planned for the summer, it's the same week as my 37th birthday so I want to feel a bit better about myself before facing all the long lost relatives and their cameras
I've swapped my morning cereal for pears and yoghurt to make it easier to get my 5 a day.The stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0 -

I fear we may have to change the name to the 'Norn Iron Guilty Secrets Club' at this rate lolThe stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0

:rotfl: Oh thank goodness everyone is having as good a time as me haha
I've not been good at all this week, culminating in me eating 2 bags of mccoys today just from sheer laziness. Am heading back to work full time and I'm hoping the routine and being out of the house will help me start eating properly
I weighed in though on Wednesday and did have 1lb off, and 1lb is better than no llbs
Hope everyone else is having a great weekend
