    Just seen this thread. I started goint to the gym a few months back. I am 5.11" and had hit 18st. Far too heavy. Now do 1/2 an hour on the bike and 1/2 an hour on the cross trainer 3-4 days per week and cut down on the drink, (not cut it out altogether) and cut down heavily on the crisps (my big downfall), and am now down to 16st. Want to get down to 15st so only 1 to go.
