Not giving anything up for Lent - think I'm off enough things already!!!!0
-
I wish I could echo netskii but alas if I had been off things I'd be half a stone lighter by now
anyway I'm off sweet things. Including but not limited to sweets, chocolate, jam, marmalade, flapjacks, biscuits, hot chocolate etc etc etc...did consider wine but DH is still away and I rarely drink when he isn't here. Good luck with it Tara
I just need to be sure not to replace the sweet stuff with something equally bad!

Just finished 5 mile walk and I'm goosed (I weigh 21st atm) but pleased with it.
Kinda realted question - where's the best place to find butternut squash in Belfast at this time?I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0 -
Tara747 - try eating one of those Danone Shape yoghurts - the ones that are supposed to fill you up more, and eat it REALLY slowly.... satisfies the sweet craving hopefully long enough for the notion for chocolate to go off you!!!
suited-aces - not sure about the butternut squash but well done on the 5 mile walk!!!0 -
I wish I'd gone for a 5 mile walk today.
I have resisted chocolate, they say the first day is the hardest! The cravings have been very difficult to deal with! I swear sugar is like crack.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
