So much for Argos delivering my treadmill between 12 and 2... grrr!! I bet if I hadn't have left work early they would have been here at 12 on the dot!!!

Going out for a girly night tonight :-) .... to a restaurant so I'm going to try hard to order something reasonably sensible..!!! And will drink a load of water before I go!!!

It's what I drink when I get there that's usually the problem :)

Hope you have a nice night

Heavy things aren't they i was amazed at how hard it was to get it out of the box...

As for Argos, my experience is that they turn up way too early as in i'm taking a bath and the driver is practically in the street asking me if its ok to deliver!

:T 2lbs off!!! Was really thinking I wouldn't have anything off this week as I've been out for meals a couple of times.

    How is everyone else doing?

Not so good! Started the week well but have had a few slips since then... also planned a walk last night and the rain/wind made me turn and go back after 50 yards and my umbrella blowing inside out for the third time!! I hate rain and wind :(

I'll try to be better over the weekend and we'll see what Monday's WI brings.

    Well done netskii!! :D

  • Well done everyone - the weather was conspiring against us last night though so no-one must feel guilty!!

Well I've weighed in another 2lb loss this week - yippeeeee. Feeling good and am wearing jeans with NO HUGE KNICKERS underneath. (I am wearing knickers, just to clarify, but they are normal ones rather than the industrial variety I have had to wear in the past!!)
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T
  • Well done Netskii :)

didn't do so good on WI on Wed - 1lb on :( but I'm working hard at getting it off. Plus another 1.5. Determined to hit the first stone off by next Wed although it will be tough. Especially since I'm going out for dinner tonight. Still at least I'm off the booze which always helps and I've figured out my healthy choices in advance. Which add up to 30 syns! Blooming pizzas. Still hopefully it'll be fun and I've swum my mile this morning which should help a bit. Thinking of doing a bit of a run this evening before the pizza as well but we shall see!

    here's to a good weekend!

  • Hi all, back and feeling positive this sunny Monday morning. It's gorgeous in Belfast anyway so no excuse not to get out and moving. I say having slept in for my planned gym trip this morning :o got some making up to do later on.

Anyway WI this morning saw me lose the 1lb I gained last week plus another 1lb - though I did think last week's gain was more bloating than anything. I have really been hammering the exercise this week but have wanted to do it which is great. this leaves me overweight rather than obese, albeit by the tightest of margins.

Really want to have made my first stone by SW WI on Wed night - keep everything crossed for me!

Let's have a really positive week!
