that looks like an interesting site suited aces...
  • Well, I've put in walking for 2 and a half hours at a slow pace weighing 300lb, and it claims I've burned 860 calories. I'd love to believe it!
I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!
  • Hello all,

Hope you don't mind me joining in ( again). I am not going to any slimming classes but am counting points for the time being until I get into the swing of it.
Would love to loose 2 stone before the 3rd May, so here I am being very hopeful.

This club has become very inactive of late but the good weather made me think about checking in to see how you're all getting on :) The lenten no sweets thing has been good for me and I reckon I've lost maybe 3lb since I last posted. Anyone else managed to stick with it??

Wow well done belfastgirl - that's brilliant!!

Not so good this end. I seem to go great for a few weeks, get near my goal and sabotage myself - haven't been good the last couple of weeks, and worse when I'm tired so I must try and get some early nights.

Weighed myself this morning - 1lb on this week, and 1lb on last week... creeping up to 11st again which is NOT good!! Today has been good tho - I think I was encouraged by it ONLY being 2lb total on - was expecting worse. Plus today I've started my mission to try and help OH quit smoking so my focus is off eating which ALSO seems to help!!

Good luck for the weekend everyone!! x

Not really into the weight watchers culture as I am male, however since the thread is about weight loss I will contribute. January 1st 16 stones, as a result of marathon training (not diet) - March 3rd 14 stones 3 lbs.

Wow that's excellent Indo77 - what training are you doing and what weight do you want to get to?
