  • I've put weight on after last weekend's combined birthday/valentine celebratory night away :( (2lbs)

Back on my bento lunches now, so hoping to get the lbs off again!

Weighed myself last night and the 2lbs I put on last weekend are off this week :D
Still sticking to my bento lunches, so lets hope I can get another 2lbs off this week again.

No really wanted to to go to CC but was dragged along to WW by DW.

    I lost 2 and she lost 1.

  • Wow jmcateer that's great progress. Well done! Are you cooking loads of WW recipes or eating loads of veg etc? Might think of going to WW myself. How easy or hard are you finding it day to day?

Not finding it too hard at all although I am allowed 28 points a day. Vary diet but make sure I stick to points, eating cup of French Onion soup at the moment which I made myself. Just beef stock with onions 0 points, although I have also had a 5 point Subway since I came home- quite filling. Still long for all you can eat buffet at China China though:embarasse
  • Good to see so many of us popping in to say hello :)

I went to the gym today and enjoyed it. Was welcomed back by some of my old pals :) who didn't judge. My neighbour is also at her heaviest in years and we have decided we will chivvy each other along a bit. And my office mate has gained half a stone in about 6 months and is determined to lose it (and a bit more). And DH has been working like a madman lately and also thinks he has put on a bit, although he is a real skinnymalinks. So lots of support. I think it must be spring :)

Let's all go for it this time! I have an event coming up at the start of April and I would love to be a stone down for it. And I think I could manage it with a bit of care. In fact let's call that a target!!
