happymummy, I stumbled on all of this when researching alternate ideas for lunch for my daughter. I'm now the proud owner of a storage box full of bento goodies and I have to admit, I'm actually worse than the wee one when it comes to cute bits for all of this:o
Any ways, today has been really good so far: 1 slice toast this morning, Japanese somen noodles with sesame seeds, peppadew red peppers, wakame (dried seasoned Japanese seaweed) and chicken for lunch and that's me until teatime. I'm feeling very full still after the noodles!0 -
I would like to know more about bento too
anything that might help
Made it to the gym again this morning and feeling 100% better for it - but have yet to get the eating under control....0 -
You have a pm on the way0

I powerwalked today...well i went shopping and pushed the buggy fast, lol, and have just had a bowl of sultanabran, cup of tea,and cup of lemon hot water all day so im feeling good for not snacking.
Was going to buy the exercise bike asda are doing for £25 but im not sure it would burn enough calories-any suggestions if they are good for taking inches of hips ect?
re:bento thanks AB for the pm while out today i called to a japanese shop in Bangor......but it was closed for lunch :-( i had visions of bento boxes of all shapes and sizes piled high beyond view (i was pressed up tight against the window...nice!) so i will call back and if they have anything of interest i will let you know!
Well done all for the continued efforts and belfastgirl23,i bet after a week or two of exercising and seeing visible results you will get a hold of your appetite, but i know what you mean-your mind is watching eastenders but your body is in the kitchen poking through cupboards for something nice!!!
Nearly Friday-nice G&T treat is waiting for me!!!it takes more energy

Haha.....gotcha:D
Its in market street, thats the one you turn down to go into the asda carpark-they dont charge car parking by the way if you are less than 2hrs-its on the right as your driving down, just next to the butchers.
I cant say if its something they do,might be more of a chinese shop, lots of hello kitty stuff and momi dolls, lots of odd things you dont see here ect but you never know.def worth a look:beer: (if they dont do them and the lady gets a load of people in asking for them she might decide to import them thinking its a craze about to hit, haha)
