That is absolutely amazing, jmcateer!!!!
Please share your secrets/hints/tips with us.
Ha No secrets really.Just keeping within my points which has been easy enough so far as I am allowed 29 points a day. Cereal in morning with skimmed milk, Sandwiches at work (including a couple from Subway, Their Ham Lite is on offer for £1.49 and works out at only 4 points)
Tea is usually weightwatcher meal or fresh chicken with lots of veg.
Also bulking up on fruit and Weightwatcher Yougarts etc.
Luckily I dont drink.
Also walking to and from work about a mile each way.
I always seem to lose loads first week though and then it slows off.0 -

Well done jmcateer, you are both doing incredibly well!!! :T
I rejoined the gym today, am chuffed. It's the one near work, so handy for lunchtimes. I did a quick half-hour workout while there, it felt great. Now that I'm eating less, I feel so motivated to exercise more as well.

Go for it, you know you can do it. I've missed your cheery posts. Hope all is well at home.
Today's food:
Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - leftover HM pork stir fry from last night
Dinner - HM lamb and veg stew (mostly veg, yum)
I also felt a bit snackish just before leaving work (not experienced that in over a week, since I started the hoodia!), so had a couple of oatcakes to tide me over till dinner.
I didn't go to the gym today, going tomorrow though. Feeling positive!Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

OK I have to come back
I am at almost my heaviest weight for years. I'm nearly 12 and a half stone
and feeling every lb of it. My knees hurt and my ankles are puffy. And all of my trousers are too tight and I've even put weight on above my waistline which I don't normally do so much. And I am so mad at myself for letting it go this long
anyway rant over...I have been eating like there's no tomorrow and it has got to stop. I had a bit of a cook up yesterday and made loads of bean chilli for the freezer, also some nice wholemeal bread with seeds in it. And had a bit of a walk this morning, which is not exactly mad exercise but better than I've managed for a while. It is a lovely day here too so will manage a walk at lunchtime. And going back to the gym tomorrow!!
How has everyone else been doing??0 -
Hey Belfastgirl23,
Stop beating yourself up! Today is a new day and the sun is shining (well, not here but hopefully where you are!!) so snap into positive mode and remember how good you feel after a good workout-it can only get better from now on :j !
Ive hit abit of a lul didnt loose anything last week but didnt gain either,i was abit disappointed coz it feels like im really trying but actually i think its because i didnt exercise at all last week-trying to get a 3wheel buggy of ebay to encourage me!
How is everyone else doing?it takes more energy
to hate than to love...
