I've been hiding out a bit, not managing to do anything pretty much altho not eating too bad. But finally made it to the gym today for the first time in ages and had a proper walk as well so feeling better. Although both nearly knackered me
will sleep well tonight...
Good to hear you're so determined Tara. Let me know how the hypnosis thing goes.0 -
Hello belfastgirl23! Well done you for going to the gym. I'm sure you will have a great sleep tonight.
Was round at a friend's house tonight, she made dinner which was quite heavy on the pasta. I had a small portion (and some nice parma ham) and a glass of wine, but passed on dessert. But then I nibbled on some sweets which she brought out, darn it! I guess the sweet tooth is a hard one to fix.
I got about 90 minutes' walking in today, no pedometer but hey. I need to take more spirulina tomorrow, will definitely spread it out over the day in tiny amounts. And after the powder is finished I am starting on the tablets!!! It really made me feel more energetic earlier and also a little flushed/warm - I read up and apparently that it is the effect on your metabolism. It will be interesting to see how it works anyway!
I haven't started the hoodia yet, I might give the spirulina a few days to see if it works to curb my appetite first. If I take them both at the same time, I won't know which one is working (if either of them do!).Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

p.s. it is recommended that you listen to the hypnosis thing 4 times a week for the first 2 weeks, then as and when necessary afterwards. So I must have another listen tomorrow...Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

OK, managed to take the spirulina in tiny doses (1/4 teaspoon each) in lemon sugar free cordial, and it worked much better! I could taste a little but not much. How stupid was I to take it all in one glass the first two times!!! Anyway, big improvement.
I've done no exercise today at all, bad me! Might try to do some weights later just to feel as if I've done something. I'm starting the hoodia tomorrow morning (I always eat more on work days for some reason so hopefully it will work).Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Its me sigining in,lol.
Still going ok for me,i have had NO snacks at all but on saturday night i fell into a bowl of ben and jerrys! Oh...i also stole 3 of my daughters salt and vinegar crisps...sorry!
I have noticed my shape changing already,my black trousers which were tight at size18 i can now pull on without having to undo the button! I am definatly sticking to not weighing myself as i think this would frustrate me as id be doing it every 5mins! Instead im going by dess size and how i look naked (!!)
Having my bowl of sultana bran every morning is really helping as its keeping me feeling full!
Tara747 i bought myself an ipod the other day as an incentive to walk more so thanks for the download!
Great work everyone, lets have a great week!

I just took the first hoodia tablet... watch this space.
Edit: hello happymummy! Glad to hear your clothes are feeling looser, that is such a great incentive! It is probably a good idea not to weigh yourself, I always try to concentrate more on how I look and how my clothes fit. What else are you eating and have you any tips, tricks or filling low-cal foods to share?
I must get the link to that download and post it here, sorry for forgetting...Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Hoodia appears to be working, I have not felt hungry and had to force myself to eat a small portion of porridge for breakfast (at 11:15!) and just had a small pasta salad for lunch...Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I have not snacked all day, my lunch was pretty small and normally I'd have been reaching for the oatcakes by mid-afternoon. But not today. I had vegetable stew for dinner, again quite a small portion.
So fingers crossed that it is working! I received my second free sample today, that's 10 days' worth in total for under £4. If it works, then happy days.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
