Honestly, I had one 15 years ago, and it is the best thing I ever did. Never looked back. Saved a fortune too IYKWIM, mine was due to the heaviness. Just remember to give your hoover to DH and forget you know how to use it for 3 months. If I had realised how much better I felt after it, I would have opted sooner.

(((hugs))) to Taplady, sorry your results weren't good but i agree with Donny, my mam always says its the best thing shes ever done and that if it wasn't for hoping that one day they'd be able to have a 3rd child she'd have had it done years before.

    Take care :)

TAPLADY - so sorry you had disappointing results. (((Hugs))) to you.

OWEN - what a gorgeous little girl. Say Happy Birthday to her from me!

I was going to have a ramble on here but I've just realised that DGD will be here very soon so I'd better sort out some knitting for her to practice with. See you all later.

Afternoon all ! Only just got around to this post................lol Just about to when our lad came back from school and needed money sorting out for new trainers plus a weekend at his mums.
Not done a great deal today except have my photo taken for new bus pass.........horrific picture.............surely it wasn't me !!! but it was !!! Have asked the nice young man to air brush it here and there for me............lol Not a good way to start the day especially when I thought I looked ok till I saw the photo !!
Then spend all morning making mums day card for mothers day...........copied two old photos......one of Mums mum, one of mum as a little girl, framed them in two oval imaged Id printed off and arranged them on a card with ribbon and flowers.............one of the photos is a bit wop sided............lol Typical, well not its stuck on and staying there.........OH didn't notice when I showed him so it can't be that bad.

I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and everything has bee fine! Please feel free to pm me if you want to ask me anything though I didn't have it done for the same reason as you, it is a lot to think about. There are 2 websites I used to chat to people about it all one is uk and is the hysterectomy association http://www.hysterectomy-association.org.uk/content/ and the other is a US site that I loved called hyster sisters www.hystersisters.com
    good luck with it all.

This was one of the results of my baking spree yesterday (thanks to the lovely person on the special occassions board who posted the idea), I filled the cones with sponge mix, baked them in the oven then frosted them and stuck a chocolate finger in it.

Afternoon..............back after a busy morning..........I went to the Dr's and got a script for the cystitis.........we went to the shopping centre on the bus and then walked back, it was very pleasant out as long as you stayed out of the wind.

Have made macaroni cheese for supper tonight and cooked mince for spag bol tomorrow, half to be put in the freezer for later in the month. Then tackled the ironing.........we have just got back from the exercise class, we do exercises sitting in chairs which is great..........the lady comes once a fortnight..helps to retain our mobility.

I need to spend time this weekend sewing have the play mat to finish and need to get on with a couple of other things..............

((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))) taplady........sorry the news was not better.......................
