    Sola enjoy yourself.

Ageandjo, tell me about it, I don't know who is worse my DD or my OH :D

stefejb have not read the rest of yesterdays thread, but I see congrats are in order for your DD :T that is a fantastic score xx

Off to work today, will have another busy day, need to pop to MR T before work to pick up fresh spagetti, sainsbugs delivery last night, but they had ran out, so will collect a bag, MR T is closer. Also have to go to parcel depot to collect two parcels then work

Got the spagetti for tea, I fry an onion, mushrooms, garlic, panchetta parsley and olive oil and toss it in the spagetti, its delish, DD has a friend coming for a sleepover tonight, she is a nice girl, very polite, and they live in the biggest house I have ever seen, but she likes coming here :D

Will have a glass of wine with OH tonight, I have not been able to keep my eyes open beyond 9.30 at night, so we have not seen a lot of each other this week.

Have good days all, better go and get dressed xxx

Good Morning Chums and Happy Birthday to LITTLE TINKER:bdaycake:
All the jolly folk are Aquarians biggrin.gifI had a smashing birthday yesterday and was thouroughly spoilt by me DD's and DGC.Had a huge chocolate cake made for me by my DD2 and lots of presents from everyone.Dinner at DD2's last night and then off to DD1's and even picked eldest DGs from his part time job at 10.00.p.m. so he could see me for ten minutes or so .By 10 30 I was flagging a bit but had such a great day it was worth the effot. I had so many cards and emails ,even one from my cousin in Florida which was lovely as I hadn't heard from her in ages.
This morning I have a little shopping to do, and youngest DD is coming for lunch. This afternoon I am going to put my feet up and catch up on some shut eye .I find that really helpful so I can cope o.k. with the meds .I hope everyone has a great Friday and ,hugs to everyone who need them and a big biggrin.gifto the rest of you

    Good morning :hello:

    LittleTinker, happy birthday :bdaycake: :D

I'm an idiot  I was jiggling the money around the other day and I paid a cheque into the savings account instead of the current account by mistake and now the account's £17 OD instead of being £132 in credit. I'll be charged £35 for this, I'm so mad at myself

Mr tru is off today, we usually go out on fridays but he's fitting a carpet for a friend and miss tru has the orthodontist at lunchtime so not sure what to do do with myself. I might go along with her (she usually like to go by herself). I need a few things from Morrisons but that'll have to wait til later.

    Good morning :hello:

Happy birthday to Little Tinker for today and to JackieO for yesterday :bdaycake: :bdaycake:

Good luck at the court, fizzel, and hugs to anybody who needs them.

I'm off to the opera tonight, to see Madam Butterfly - and I'm taking Shez with me :D;) I've got free tickets as I'm reviewing it for the site I write for. Hope she enjoys it :)

I need to buy some new cutlery today or tomorrow. I still have a load of mismatched stuff from when I was a student, and while it's been OK up to now, I've realised that I now have only one dessertspoon that isn't bent back at a bizarre angle thanks to it only being cheap stuff and I've been using them to scoop out hard ice-cream/ghee/other tough things :o and I'm having friends round for dinner on Saturday! :rotfl: When you live alone, you just don't notice what basic things you don't have... I had hoped to leave it until I could afford a really top-quality set that will last forever, like the sort people get for wedding presents, but it really can't wait. Woolworths have some nice Viners sets on their website that aren't too extortionate - might see if they have similar instore. I'll try some local charity shops as well.

By the way, am I the only one who's noticed that the "Mushroom Risotto" recipe on the side of a pack of Asda arborio rice is in fact a recipe for butternut squash risotto with not a hint of mushroom in sight? :rotfl:

    Must be off to work

    Love Rzl xx

P.S. AussieLass - don't be mean to loopylou ;) She was probably dreaming about the MUTANT AUSTRALIAN VERSION of the humble spider species :D.

Good morning all. Not read the thread yet. Had a row with my OH and eldest DD this am. i am so tired and they are so unhelpful!!! I overslept, when I got up thinking OH had gone to work he was downstairs drinking tea-he didn't think to get me up though!!! ggrrrr!!
My eldest DD couldn't find something she needed for school and it was everyone's fault but hers, so that wound me up!!! I need to go to work but I'm gonna have a cup of coffe and try and chill for 5 before I do. I can't get warm today-I can see me investing in some thermals at this rate...I always seem to be cold, I alreadsy wear bedsocks in bed when it's really cold. I think I'm turning into my mother!!!!
