Good morning everyone,
Just had someone round looking for a childminder for her little boy, its only 9 hours a week, so not much, but fingers crossed she would like me to look after him. She is seeing another childminder this afternoon, so not sure which way she will go. I think it might depend on if the other childminder will charge a retainer in the holidays or not, cos i do (half fees) at the end of the day childminding isnt well paid, but still people want to get it as cheap as they can.
Have one here at the mo, but he will be going at 12, so another afternoon on my own - will catch up with the comps and maybe do some cleaning!!
Must admit, im so glad its Friday, i have less work now, but im feeling more tierd!
Snowy - hope you find something workwise soon xx

DD has gone back to school today and it is half term next week.
I thought of taking her to London or Oxford (to see her sister) for a couple of days but the price of hotels were  .
We are all going to Newcastle tomorrow to take DD her new laptop and have a nice lunch.
DH "remembers" a nice fish and chip restaurant that overlooked the river - but cannot remember the name of it or how to find it so doubt we will be going there!!!!!

Morning Guys!
Late one from me as Ive had a slow start this morning. Had to be jabbed this morning and felt very tired after the nurse went, so went back to sleep.
DD has gone to school as she was driving me mad at home. She is going to Mcdonalds after school with friends as a couple are away for a few days
1 washload done and hung on the line. DW will need to go on later and toilet has been cleaned:p House pretty tidy and clean, so not much needing doing. Might do a traybake later but only if feeling up to it. Have got a chicken out and some spicy chicken pieces for over the weekend. Chicken pieces needed using up as they have been in the freezer for a while and am trying to clear through it.
OH's Wii turned up this morning, so he is happy. He has been saving for a while and whenever he has tried to order, everywhere has been out of stock. Eventually got one from Amazon using a voucher code of course:D He is trying to set it up ATM, so if the air turns blue...you know who it is:o
We went and sat in the garden this morning and had a coffee and a natter. Its fresh but lovely. OH is seriously considering going back to work PT as he is bored and needs something mentally challenging. He would work from home, and would mean more money coming in. Its something to think about and he has 4 weeks to make a decision.
Anyway, we have Fish & Chips for lunch and may sit in the garden to eat them.
Hugs to all in need and Happy Birthday to the special ones today.

Little Tinker - Happy Birthday! Have a lovely day!
Ageandjo - my OH leaves his dirty washing on top of the washbasket - why would it be so much extra effort to lift the lid and put it in i'll never know! Men!
Taplady - Hope all goes well at the hosp
Penpen - Have a lovely time at the wedding, sounds lovely
(((hugs))) to anyone who needs them
Well OH is in London today so i'm all alone apart from jellybean who wont keep stillSeems weird to be feeling he/she move, as its so long since i was pg with DD.
Have just been to Tescos for the shopping, came just under budget at £47 so i treated myself to a baby magazine. My mam did her shopping yesterday evening and got 3 boxes of mushrooms reduced to 20p each so shes given me those, soup is on the hob as we speak
I'm going to my aquanatal class tonight, its very relaxing in the water and hopefully i can make some new friends. Then i've to go from there, dash over to Burnley and pick OH up from the station at 8.30pm. DD is at my mams for tea so i'll go round for her when i've picked OH up, no school in the morning so i dont mind a late night for her.
B - cereal for DD, tea for me
D - HM Fish pie (from my gran who's convinced i dont eat enough!) and salad
T - DD at my mams, Chicken Fahijtas for us later on
Take care all

afternoon all!
had my colposcopy and as I'd thought there were more abnormal cells so because of my past medical history she is recommending a hysterectomy:eek: taking the cervix and womb but leaving the ovaries. I am going back in a couple of weeks when she gets the rest of the results from the lab to talk about it. At least I wasn't planning any more children - my two are 18 and nearly 16 now. she said it will leave a bikini line scar so I might as well ask for a tummy tuck while I'm there:D
Better get on I've got loads to do. back later xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Taplady, I'm sorry the results weren't better but at least they are giving you time to think about the options.
Take care.

Taplady - hugs for you. Hope you manage to come to a decision that suits you and your family.
DH has gone out - I'd forgotten that he's interviewing at the Small Penguins' school (where he's a Governor). I've done the ironing, kitchen floor, and am having a hot tuna, spring onion and cheese pitta. Yummy! Pot of tea coming up - cup for anyone else?
