Hull in the day? You can see it then.
If you can't see it, you can smell it. If its not the drains, then it's a fish smell or another smell from one of the factories.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

ARgh thats the new build ( super tall glass building ) with hotel in same block
Makes me wonder if the original £250K was a normal sale price, or a paper exercise
Is that the one with a penthouse for 1.6 million on rightmove? Might offer 50 quid and a bag of chips for it tomorrow...0 -

MMMMMMmmmmm yeh if your a woman walking around some of the housing estates, late at night, with a short skirt on, talking on your mobile phone, drunk, without street lights, shoutly loudly that you fancied a fight...........yes it can be a dangerous place at times your right.
Or maybe you've read what you see in the media and make an uniformed statement.
Id rather live in Hull than the horrendous place i live in at the minute! No friendliness, don't know who my neighbours are, don't know my local landlords name, no manners, no community spirit, expensive, stabbings, gun crime, traffic jams every where you turn, no (few) green spaces, unbelievable house prices..........have you guessed yet................London! Can't wait to leave.
PS i won't be going back to Hull either!0
